Hey, I just wanted to say that I’m so sorry you haven’t been well and couldn’t enjoy yourself, but I’m happy that you have the strength to really make the right choices, even if it means you don’t get to go somewhere you’d like. I can’t say I completely relate, as I don’t have such extensive chronic issues, but I do have severe anxiety, ADHD, and leg pain due to an old injury. I do know how it goes being unable to eat, however, as my anxiety causes really bad GI issues. But all in all, I’m really proud of you that you are making choices to feel better rather than always the fun choice. It’s really hard sometimes. I hope you feel better soon, Jaquie.

I just wanted to thank you for sharing your chronic illnesses with us. I have struggled with chronic pain for about 10 years (I am 20) and the doctors refuse to believe that i am in pain. I have been told that its all in my head, that my pain isnt real, that i am faking it, i am attetion seeking, ect... You have been an inspiration for me to keep looking for answers, and to stay strong. I hope your day gets at least a little better. Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear that. Keep fighting. I'm in pretty much the same situation (with some other issues) and it's really exhausting to constantly be turned away. You will find answers, I'm sure of that. Don't give up your search just because doctors think you're just seeking attention. Go to different ones. Be persistent. I know it's hard but I wish you the best of luck. Much love and support from over here! Keep going.

Sorry to hear you're feeling that way Harley.....have you ever had a tick bite that you can remember? Or remember when this first started? Many of us Lyme Warriors have gone to 5 to 25 doctors before not only getting the proper diagnosis, but also the correct test! Which test your doctor uses is THE MOST important (aside from which lab they use too!), so hang in there. Sometimes it just takes time to find out.....and the patience of a saint too! Oh, not only Lyme, but the co-infections that they can give you also can create massive problems so just testing for Lyme and no co infections can defeat the purpose. Good luck!

Hi Harley! I used to have severe chronic back pain, after back surgery 2007. I was on Hydrocodone, a horrible drug that gets you addicted. In 2014 I had an anxiety and panic attack in public. A great Dr diagnosed me with depression. I started seeing a Therapist. I 💜 her! She helped me understand that the “pain” was indeed “in my head”. Not that it’s imaginary. Not that the Pain did not start somewhere. Look up pain receptors in the brain. It’s fascinating, informative and will help you get to the point where you feel great. Not joking or lying to you. 🙏🏼

Have you ever tried sea-bands? I use them to help when I get nauseous. They work to an extent but not 100%, but help enough to ease some of the symptoms. I also found out I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. Getting the diagnoses was a big ah ha answers moment. I also have the official asthma diagnoses too. We are running blood test to see if I need to start doing IVIG to help my immune systome to fight infections even with taking immno suppressing medication.

I had sich a bad day as well. My GI doctor is telling me to drain less but won't give me meds for nausea. I need to run 150ml/h of feeds and fluids through mt NJ which isn't even possible for a normal person. I have been stuck in bed for 3 months and noone is doing anything major to get me out of bed. And i can't continue training my own SD. My dad has to take over. A lot of crying today. I'm pretty done with being sick

I’m with Anna & you - ya’ll are not alone. Now & when you recorded this video. I actually had to take an ER visit on Monday for a flare up &, apparently, have walking pneumonia as well. *rolls eyes* And while I do not have a Harlow, I do have my Mau cat who is, without any airplane jokes, my emotional support animal. Even though she’s an indoor/outdoor cat, she’s been staying with me all day in bed, always having to sleep with her body along mine & no where else. I truly wish I could treat my flare ups & symptoms at home, as you do. But the other side of the state isn’t big on helping people the way they need to if you don’t have insurance. Honestly though? I saw this coming. You’ve been on the go go go for more than a few weeks. A lot of travel, a lot of Disney days & fun with friends & fam. If you didn’t see this crash coming, you’re being silly. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve been amazed & so happy at how much you’ve been out & about lately!! I’m so happy that you’ve found a treatment plan that helps you a lot! Keep strong dearheart! And we’re all here for you so don’t worry about not being positive all the time. We’re more than allowed a couple of break downs. 💜

I'm sorry you're struggling but you & your videos like this are really inspiring for me as not as severe bur I have a lot of similar problems you have & am trying to be diagnosed with EDS, fibro, & maybe POTS so to see your videos about going out & doing things or ones like this where you talk about listening to your body & staying home really help me. Because often I fell bad if I have to cancel plans due to my health but you know what my health is more important & so is yours good job taking care of yourself as crappy as the situation was
Hope you feel better soon Jacquie. Don't push yourself, rest and take care. Besos y abrazos
Thank you for sharing the bad days. It must be so hard to pick up the camera. But it’s helpful to see someone else complain too. Flares are hard.
Sorry your feeling bad and praying you get better but girl....your hair looks amazing! Rest and get well. I think about you often. Sending love!!!
Sending you my love and praying for you!
Just got my j tube a few days ago ; fingers crossed 🤞 it helps my GP flares . So happy to have so one to watch and help me through this crazy time . ❤️
Wow you are so strong. I have minor medical problems with mass cell as well, but it can’t compare to what you have to go through. I hope you get through this tough patch. Also your dog is really great. I wish I had an animal to help me through some of my flairs. You are so strong and resilient.
I can definitely say your not the only one in a flare Jaquie I have chronic fatigue (which makes me tired a lot of the time) so, right now because I have been doing a lot this past week and past few days its been hard getting up and staying awake. Which affects my chronic pain and stomach issues so, I'll have to agree with you that these past few days have been crappy.
You should be proud of yourself for making the smart decision rather than the fun decision, your health is the most important. I understand it's hard, but as always, you'll get through this. i always watch your vids when i want to feel better. you got this.
*I really hope you feel better soon!*
I hope you feel better soon, sweetpea!
Feel better soon! 💖
So cute and funny when Harlow brought two blankets. She knew what she was doing- one for you and one for me so I can lay on the couch next to you.
Take care and hope you feel better soon.
Jacquie you are amazing! God bless you!
Having lived in a place where my water was shut off often because of old plumbing having problems, I know that all too well. I hope they're done and you can have water consistently again. And obviously I hope you start feeling better.
Sorry Jaquie. Wishing you all the best for a speedy end to this flare.💗
You go through so much... hope things get better soon.
Hope you feel better soon ❤️
Thanks for posting. I'm currently on my last few days in Italy, and have spent the majority in bed sleeping due to a fibro flare. It suck, but I cant do much about it.
So happy you have Harlow ❤️ I wonder if the Benadryl would’ve helped even though you didn’t decide to try?
Aww Jaquie i is so hard to see you like this I wish I could give a hug and keep you company because not feeling well is one thing but being sick and alone is just really sad I’m glad Harlow is there for you stay strong Jaquie you’re not alone feel better soon. 😭💔 I miss Jaquie smiles I’m not done watching the video but I swear if I see Harlow sad I’m gonna lose it 😭

Feel better soon. You got this. Stay strong rest and move on slowly god bless
Oh sweetie, I am so sorry you're feeling bad. Hugs
stay strong and fight the good fight
Thats the way it works, some days are good and some days are rough. It helps me to concentrate on other things as much as possible. Its so hard to be chronically ill.
Indeed we do not need to be positive all the time. Hope you are already better 💞💞💞
You are an inspiration ❤️
In my thoughts and prayers hon🙏🏼❤️
This day is my birthday!! I wish u were feeling fabulous!
Totally understand how you feel but at least you have a Dr that cares
“complex” reminded me of your “aminals” sounded like you said clompex for complex 😄👍🏻
I do hope you'll feel better again soon.
I hope you feel better soon.

Being alone when your're sick makes you feel worse, too.
Hope you feel better soon

I hope you feel better soon! Flares are the worst!
I’m in a flare right now too so I totally feel ya.
Oh Harlow
😢 i just wish i could make you better you are such an amazing person! Makes me feel like a jerk complaining about my chronic back pain/issues/injury... you have to go through so much and you are so strong ❤️ wish you the best love your videos and your doggo!
Hope you are feeling better.
So sorry your feeling bad today 🙂 Hang in there! 🙏 Relaxzzzzzzzz oummmmmmmmmmmmmm🙏❤️ Feel better
Its not pathetic, you are so strong. 💖 if our chronic illness were suddenly taken away we would be the strongest people around. Also that is ridiculous hours for the water to be off, some people work till 11pm 😵
Hi Jaquie, i'm so sorry your mast cells are flaring again... It's 5 in the morning here and laying in bed, wide awake with horrible bone pain and flushing. Mast Cell disease sucks ;( Hope your flare doesn't progress and you'll be feeling better soon! Hugs
My cat understood that he wasn't allowed on the couch unless a specific blanket was on it. (He would stand by the couch and meow, wait on the floor while someone put the blanket on, then jump up onto it before we were even done smoothing it out.) Harlow probably gets it too.
If those are curos caps that you’re using for your tubing, you don’t have to clean the port after taking them off as long as they’ve been on for at least 3 minutes.
Do you also get tierd from the Atarax? I only take it at night. I take it beacuse I have big open wounds all over my body. So they are constantly itching and the Atarax really helps. But I get quite drowsy from it. You are not alone! And you give me so much inspiration. Finding your channel has really helped me. Hope you read this and that it makes you feel a little bit happier! 🦋

Are you safe to be by yourself when you are in this condition? Although I don't know you personally, I do feel a connection with you. I am in a wheelchair and understand safety. Just want to make sure you are safe. Good bless you Jaquie.
Could Harlow bring you your backpack if you really needed it?
Being positive all the time or faking positivity is unrealistic. Our experiences are difficult and there seems to be the expectation for us to always push forward and be positive. Sometimes I don’t feel like it. Sometimes it really sucks and I need to say it sucks.
I thought you had 2 of either the bags or the pole. If don't you should. That way you can have 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Just a thought to help you keep moving forward. 😀👍 Also, I hope you get back to feeling like your Jaquie self.
