They need to open a museum when all is said and done with the Bridgerton costumes and wigs! They are too pretty to be stored away forever when the show is done!

I have a question. Why so many plot lines? Colin and Pen seem to be one of many couples this season instead of the main focus. It’s difficult to focus.

It’s always been an ensemble narrative. I think that now there’s so many new established characters and the world building has created a bigger perspective vs season 1 it feels more crowded. I hoped they’d add an extra episode or two for this. I honestly think it’s fine, and I can tell the direction their going. To be fair, I checked the numbers and in 4 hours of part 1 pen and Colin had like 32 minutes of screen time together. Not counting the times they are alone or with others. I crunched the numbers for s1 and daphne + Simon had an eerily similar time as well at like 33 minutes by episode 4. I think they try to keep a similar balance for all seasons because they know people compare numbers or get upset when their faves get less time. I try to not be spoiled, but people were saying ep 5 had a pretty lengthy scene of Colin and pen + of course they are dropped in throughout. There was an early screening in Toronto, so people are sharing w the class.
