Every day is different as part of the Kitchen Team, and Simon is passionate about creating a menu that is nutritionally balanced and diverse. The job is much more than cooking, however, and Simon takes every opportunity to connect and collaborate with the children and their families through cooking lessons and time spent in the garden, building life skills and encouraging an active interest in where their food comes from.
Quality early childhood education sets children up for the fundamentals of life and being part of a C&K Kitchen Team plays an important role in helping children to be the best versions of themselves.
