I love the direction your channel is going. You are keeping it real and that is so helpful. Crochet and knitting is amazing and sometimes money savers when you knit or crochet things you use around the house

Honestly, 2023 was such a rough year for me, and I kind of got derailed on where I thought I was going with my life. And so this year I really need to focus on getting back on a track to somewhere. I don't know where yet, but somewhere. And watching you go through this is very motivating and inspirational.

I need the deets on the yarn you're using for your scarf. I absolutely love crocheting. It's so relaxing and satisfying. My favorite things to make at the moment are cardigans and graphghans. Also, I have a standing desk on my birthday/Christmas wishlist.

Love seeing the crochet! I have ADD and cross stitch (used to crochet but my hobby fixation switched lol), and I've actually found it's helped me with my symptoms. As long as I listen to something while I work, I find it a really solid mix! Plus, I love the satisfaction of watching a project grow! And maybe you'll find the same sort of results from it❤

I don't have ADD or ADHD, but I know several people who do, and one of them has said, when you take your medicine and then it starts to kick in, you'll be absorbed in whatever you happen to be doing at that time for the next several hours.

Tip on cutting onions, put a wet paper towel on your cutting board and it will reduce or eliminate the tears. Onions go to the closet water source when cutting. Hence why our eyes burn.

Notion has been really helping me with meal planning, I don't have the routine completely down but it's definitely better, and getting some pretty cookbooks has helped too 😁

This video made me so happy. I definitely relate to the time-blindness and hyper focus. It’s so nice seeing someone talk about those struggles honestly. Can’t wait for part two ❤

Like your new outro! I read that if you light a candle when cutting onions, it helps your eyes, can't vouch for that personally!

I just want to say how helpful and motivational you videos are for me. I was also recently diagnosed with adult ADHD and have just kinda been living with that information for so long. Anytime I've looked for ways to help me get out of my burn out and get organized, its all tips and tricks geared towards neurotypicals and do not work for me at all. I downloaded the Routinery app and have been using it for the past three days for my morning routine and it has made a world of difference with actually getting up and going in the morning. It's such an amazing tool and I would never have found it without you mentioning it on here, so big, BIG thank you for that! And because I can't remember what video it was you mentioned this in, what YT channel do you use for your meditations. Want to start trying to incorporate that into my daily routine as well. Just all around thanks for putting your life and this journey out there for those like me. We are not alone.

How long did it take you to get used to walking while working? I've been thinking of adding a walking pad to my home office but I'm worried I'll fall on my face. 😅
