@c l o u d y yeah u r right you are absolutely right But this is their choice UK when students graduate their parents give them Money as a gift for surgery if she or he is not beautiful There is also a Korean KZreadr And literally I was shocked she'd done a lot of surgeries she was too slim but she was saying I'm not and actually she done a surgery In which body fat is reduced That's the fact I like European countries because they don't care Have you ever think why most of the Korean students put makeup because looks matter for them evenly they suicide

i gained weights too on my first year starting university in a new place & new enviroment, it's completely normal! because the food you used to eat at home is so different from what you eat now. you'll lose some weights later on gradually, when you've figured out your body metabolism. our metabolism & how our body works is always changing, that's just a part of growing up i feel like. just take it easy on the diet! figure out what your body needs and don't stress! love you xx

Your video is a part of my healing process♥

I did intermittent fasting (16 hours fast/8 hours eating) basically eating 2 meals a day, my eating timing is 1pm to 9pm. Along with that I also exercise at least one hour everyday or every other day. This routine made me lose close to 10kg in about 5 months. It's not a significant amount but it is a steady and healthy routine! But I agree with the other comments here, as long as you're happy that's all that matters 😊

A tip for diet is not to look at the numbers of weight, as it is effected by muscle mass and water weight, so it varies a lot. I reccomend focusing on the visual - if you see changes, become more toned with light muscle and if you feel good. Also don’t feel presssured to change due to things people say - do what feels good for you. This is the most important; but also remember to have a treat sometimes and to respect your body and health! Stay strong 💪❤️🥰
