I love your vlogs so much, they've helped me alot, I have really severe anxiety which has stopped me from doing the things I loved like horse riding and going to school but you've really helped me and I've finally got back into riding again and loving it even more than I did before! ♥

Nice vlog! It amazes me how you can have clear ground in England and ride in an outdoor school, whereas here we are covered in thick ice and snow, and since we have no indoor, we hack out all winter. (the secret is 4 permanent studs in all shoes and snow soles, I can link a video if you're interested in seeing how horses in Norway get shod in winter). Needless to say, I am extremely jealous of your school and bare ground. I love how you talk to your horses btw.

@@ashleyharrisoneventing kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZJ6FrZeTj63bhso.html the horses wear the studs and soles the whole shoing cycle. You cannot and don't want to remove the studs as the horse won't have traction in the field, paddock etc. There are some, but very few stud injuries.

Great video Ash! It's nice to see (and hear) how other riders / owners manage in the horrible weather conditions. I think it would be nice to see another DITL video when you are teaching or riding the livery horses (hopefully when the weather improves), maybe on a day when you're taking the young ones out for cross country schooling? It's always educational to see how other people manage their time and resources when things get busier.
