Oh my gosh, you are literally living my life. ❤ Pumping with the electric on one side, using the silicone pump on the other. I find this method to be sooo effective even though my pump is a double electric cause then I can at least use one hand. And how cute are those pigeon storage bags? Love them as well.

I’m an expectant mom and was also thinking of using my single breast pump and use the silicone one on the other side, instead of buying a double one. Glad to see it works.😅

I swear by Zinplex 🙌🏻 Even for teething, it worked so well for my daughter 😊 Also, that stew looks delicious, I need to try it 🤤🤤

Your food looks so good!I'm also exclusively breastfeeding but i have to go back to work,do you have any tips on how to increase your milk supply so i can start building a freezer stash. I would like for my baby to continue on breast milk until he is atleast 6 months to a year if all goes well with my supply. I pump 3x a day but only getting 60ml. Beatiful family by the way

How long has Kgosi been swimming now Mommy? He is doing so great!

He’s been swimming for exactly 12 months mommy. But they close during holidays like proper schools. But he’s been registered for exactly a year now. He has times where he relapses or has no interest whatsoever. But most times he enjoys swimming and is really getting better😅 thanks mama ❤️

@@massinokeri My son did swim school for about 3 months last year but we felt he was too young, couldn't concentrate and I just felt nje he was over stimulated by the class. We recently started again, this week was week 2 (flu disturbed us in between) and I'm genuinely in awe of Kgosi's progress. Can't wait for us to get there❤️❤️

Ah man. Your reasons were valid mama, good thing you took him out for a bit. Atleast he wasn’t crying during the lessons. I see a lot of parents who deregister their kids when they cry. It’s so normal especially the first weeks. I’m glad you guys are back at it. He’ll be comfortable and paddle all the way up pretty soon mommy 😍 He’s such a big boy. I’m proud of him! Of you too, for getting him back!

Would you mind sharing more about the breastfeeding friendly bra that you use that allows pumping to be hands free? Currently 6 months pregnant with our 3rd boy and I've got a 4 year old and 1 year old and I'd loooove to really enjoy and extend my breastfeeding journey with our last little one, so I'll need to definitely get a bra that will allow my pumping to be hands free
