im getting ready again ! omg i missed todays @ 1pm last thing i remember is saying at 11 ish am i need rest so i will sleep and wake up for annies video then do my work and i woke up at 5 i must have been tired , not enough coffee !

I dont think youll see this but buy spinach that is a bright green colour.Its more fresher.Using it fresh can be great but you can also freeze your spinach.Not only will it last longer it will make your smoothie a more thicker consistency.I dont think i will alter the taste either:)

@@annierosee basically, I used to drink black coffee, no sugar or cream, but it messed up my stomach. so I stick to my water bottle with a tea bag & let dissolve.
