Have you ever thought about doing sampler box? For people who can't decide what to get and want to try some of everything? Have a couple of cookie flavours, brownies, cupcakes, macarons, pastries etc all in one box pre-ordered so you know exactly how many you need for each day and there's minimal waste.

I don't bake, but when i was a kid, my mum used to have a reusable piping bag made out of some kind of cloth that was quite easy to clean. Not sure if those still exist and of course it would add an extra job of cleaning them but those might be an alternative to the rather wasteful plastic piping bags?

You should make BROOKIE - brownie and cookie combo ( I do it at my work I semi bake the cookies first than put brownie batter on tray and put chunks of the cookies on top and bake it )

OH SHIT! I didn’t know you were the same one in Brisbane that I was in. Please tell me what time to come for hot cookies which melt! I love a lemon cookie with zest on top. If I’m buying a coffee I need a scone or large cookie, but if there’s a citrus version I usually buy enough to take home. 😊

So what happens to all the tops of the cakes? I’m assuming the garbage. Why not cake pops? I’m sure even that still wouldn’t use it all when you’re making so many cakes.
