That appam is called od pole in mglr... V use to prepare in gas stove comes out good n spongy... Mixture of white rice, coconut n Lil cooked rice...

As staying in gulf i totally understand value of greenery... 😍👌

dear we can make that appam in gas stove too...but we have to need that mud kind of pot or we can call it as thava...we prepare that appa in our home..it really very delicious and healthy too as it is prepared through mud pot...no oil is needed.. ❤ from mangalore...
