I'm doing research/due diligence for the Norcal area; and came across your channel (which I love-so informative, helpful & you're just lovely, TY!). 😇 To answer your question: personally, I would love to see both areas. I am interested in Mill Valley. Particularly, any rural areas and smaller towns, but am definitely open to seeing both/whatever the Norcal area has to offer. Much appreciated!

Thank you for the compliments and for expanding your thoughts! My next set of videos will expand more information on Marin and Tiburon (which like Mill Valley is in Marin County). But you've given me the idea to do a video on the rural, little towns in Marin. Those towns are often visited by locals so the video could serve two purposes. I'll add the idea to my list, and I will likely get to that sometime in June. Again, thanks for the idea, I'll try to remember to reply here again when I drop that video. Have a great day!

Hi, Did I mention traffic in that video, lol? That's the type of thing I usually mention in a PROs and CONs video and I haven't done one of those on Mill Valley yet. But I do plan to...so can you tell me more about that? In the past 30 years, I've had a slow approach down East Blithedale but never had a hard time getting down Miller. Does Miller back up from commuters or Tam high? Thanks a bunch for commenting and I appreciate your knowledge. :)
