Khao Sok has to be one of the most beautiful Island on earth. Just to let you know when that guy said he was injured when he rolled the truck and all of you got into the back of it, I said a prayer. You guys are very brave or trusting.

I really don't mind paying a bit more to get into a national park or something similar, but when the farang price is nearly 10 times that of a Thai, it irritates me. Granted, I can afford it. Great vlog Chuck, some of your finest work! I was in this part of Thailand last month, 4 days of scuba diving around the Similans and Koh Bon. We stayed in Khao Lak but cautiously above the anticipated tsunami sea surge level. If you wind up dining in Khoa Lak, we found Kung Seafood to be the best restaurant in town hands down.

Khoa Sok looks really nice.

Koh Phayam is lovely ! Check the “Freedom Bar” by Longbeach 👍 And the vegetarian restaurant “Cha Chai Home”, the best food ever ❤️

Amazing boat-tour :o It didnt even seem like there where to many other tourists, like Phi Phi and other popular isles. Have a great trip further south guys :)

I like the segmentation of this video. The day to day, in summary, is cool. Well done. The audio was very good too. I really enjoyed the scenery and you captured the element very well. Did you use a wide angle lens?

I've been to Krabi so many times.....but haven't made the drive up the road to the lake. I guess I need to put that into my next trip down south

What a beautiful place that lake was , I think it would rival Ha Long Bay in North Eastt Vietnam. Chuck , may be you should invest in one of those collapsible fishing rods and you could carry it in you pack, then you would be ready for fishing anytime, Lol , cheers guys .

HEY CHUCK AND PAGIE, JUST TRYING TO GET CAUGHT UP ON YOU AND ALL THE OTHER KZreadRS THAT I WATCH. IT'S REALLY INTERESTING HOW EACH OF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN WAY OF LOOKING AT THE EXACT SAME THING. IT ALL DEPENDS ON HOW YOU SEE LIFE.

I'm Thai and I still can't get over the fact that some places charge foreigners way higher it's crazy. I mean like if they charge Thai adults 40 baht and adult foreigners 80-100 baht, that's still acceptable, but 40 baht for Thais and 300 baht for foreigners? That's just ridiculous, but if you guys enjoyed it then well no problem with that. Looked like a very fun trip.

Fuya Hanabi -- I think it is a reflection of “poor people” mentality to charge tourists a higher rates than locals, maybe they will get over it someday. (1000 yrs) However, they do the same shit in the US that many people forget about. In my city’s zoo if you city resident, you get a discount, but if you live one city over, no discount for you. (It’s just not a factor of 8 difference) FYI: According to London’s Heathrow Airport workers, Americans are one of the top complainers.

Chuck you know if you show your thai driving licens you pay thai price. Great video by the way.

The easiest way is tour bus. There are a lot of travel agencies and booths everywhere. When you get to the airport you will see them too.
