A bp calling Detroit "my city" is beyond cringy. Everyone knows who came in, overran, and then practically destroyed this city. And who are contributing pretty much nothing to rebuilding it / cleaning up the mess you made.

Hey Big Dawg, glad you made it to Detroit and I hope that you had a great time at the draft and anywhere you went. I went on Day 3 (Saturday,) and was blown away by all the NFL stuff they had, how everything was set up, how easy it was to get in and out, all the various foods, all the VIP places surrounding it. The first thing was the Dodge and Son Fountain. It was recently upgraded, but they kept it off for the event. The Ring looking thing is surrounded by stones and it's called Transcending and is near where MLK gave the first version of his infamous I Have a Dream speech. There also is a tall metal pylon that slightly twists like a strand of DNA which is what it represents, but it also is an homage to the pylons the Egyptians built. Hart Plaza is where all of that is located and they put on concerts and festivals and there are 2 of those areas like where you were and they are generally used as smaller stages for non headline performers. Sorry you couldn’t get closer to the action. I’m still jealous of you though. It is the PLACE TO BE AND YOU WERE THERE ADDING TO THE CRAZY NUMBER OF PEOPLE & BREAKING RECORDS. I HAD TO WORK SO I had to watch it recorded after my shift. I’ve seen 50 games at Ford field and there are great restaurants and shops in the downtown area. I LIKE IT THDRE! GO LIONS!

I'm reality most big city's downtowns have limited parking.

How did you not notice that whole Country across the Detroit River?

Detroit gave you a ride other than the horse and buggy. Remember that when you are in a hurry...

My husband as the same Fantasy league ring as your. Glad you enjoyed my city. Wish I was able to go there. I am glad no mass shooting took place or anything like that. I was a little worried about that
