Thank you for the video. My family and I just returned from 3 weeks in Italy. Our last four days were spent in Rome over Easter. What an amazing city and such wonderful people. Hope to be back again some day soon.

There should be a Rome Moloko trip!! Pity it's difficult to survive on a bike there 😂😂
Love Rome❤
Federico Thanks for the lovely video from Rome! My friend Leonardo and his wife who own several posh restaurants, went to Rome just before Christmas! They went to the Vatican, and saw Pope Francis pray to them! I had some amazing news, as I have sourced a Marco Pantani Bianchi replica bike in virtually never used condition! There are a lot about, but this has the top end Campagnolo Record kit on it, unlike most with cheaper kit. I am a 59cm, but it is a 60cm, so have had it bike fitted to mostly fit me. I am not using as an everyday bike, but a special occasion bike, to go with my original Pantani kit(i have it all, after six years of sourcing it worldwide!). I found it in Kent, with seller telling me that a young butcher had saved up his wages to buy the bike, but left it in his mum's house for over ten years. I rode to my friend's restaurant dressed as Marco on my Colnago C60, last summer, and had several looks of jealousy! I now have three top-end bikes, a Colnago, and two Bianchis! I can't remember if I told you, but I found a Specialissima bike in custom orange, in my size, in little used condition, so I decided to custom-build it(no expense spared!) with 12-speed Campagnolo Super Record EPS, ENVE carbon, etc. I sold off the awful Shima(NO!) Dura-Ace, ENVE wheels, etc, for over half the value I paid, too! Cutting a long story short, it was a pain to fit the Campagnolo cables, so holes had to be micro-filed to fit, with my mechanic having an accident on his bike, so he got his friend to help him, who is a GCN mechanic!!! The bike look's absolutely awesome, and a real head-turner with the "Bling!" I have just got my mechanic to change handlebars, replace all the cables, grease the bottom bracket, put on new celeste bar tape, etc. He suggested as many years old, and not smooth. I am a 38cm C-C bars size, with original ITM starting at 42cm which is too wide, so sourced some 38cm 3T vintage bars from the USA! Ciao Roberto

One of my favorite features of Rome are the open design trashcans, so that Seagulls may always have a warm meal. Very environmentally conscious. I hope I can catch an available NightJet from Vienna this year. They're always booked out. :(

It's very painful to see so much graffiti and trash around, unfortunately this is a really uncomfortable situation
Rome is a great city. I love the blending of ancient ruins with modern buildings. The Pantheon is an amazing structure. It is believed that the first two Pantheons burned down. I've cycled in Rome in the past. You will find some cyclists commuting though not many. The best gelaterias cover their gelato and they tend to have muted colors, not the bright colors that attract the tourists. If you want the best food experience in Rome of course you must go where the Romans go, not where the tourists go. Thanks for the quick tour!

You are absolutely right! For Giolitti is one of the few cases where a tourist spot is also a great one for Romans!

Merry Christmas Federico. Very nice to see you out and about in Rome. Does Rome have an equivalent of the mythical Sigma Sports?

Yes, the tour is amazing, you can see all the tunnels below ground. I believe in perspective we have not yet reached that engineering level even after 2000 years!

Not meaning to offend but that city looks awful. Definitely don't have any interest in it or it's history. I'm more into future space travel and where we are going vs the brutal past.
