Just to help you recapp, the game was made by a guy for the cartoons company. The company itself is a bit of a parallel to Disney or Warner Bros. He was making the game more for his son though, with the orgional wolf character and off model versions of the others so he was fired. Turns out he also was privy to some disturbing practices by the company. Apparently they had their own studio theme park where the animators made the cartoons but people could also visit and see costumed mascot versions. These were actually dead employees that were somehow resurrected as sort of zombie monster versions of their characters. I think they were called starlings? Anyway, they were much more hostile than planned and even started attacking other employees who were not aware what exactly was going on. Each of the in game characters has a dead employee counterpart who were then used for the project. After he was fired, the programmer left a note for his son with instructions then filmed himself jumping off the roof to his death. The instructions ensured the footage he took of the earlier incident at the studios would be leaked through the game for some after death vengence. It seemed in the protoype that there were two connected stories, the story of the corrupt company conducting experiments on employees to make more lifelike mascots for their park and the story of the guy they had film it who they later gave a shot to become a game developer for them but fired. I suppose a third layer are the people who found the lost game and attempted to restore it..who may or may not be connected since they seemed perfectly aware of its disturbed content despite releasing it. I think that "Movie" you was was part of one of the secrets in the prototype. I can't remember if it was a full vid or just stills but the origional startling or whatever was a guy in the Bucky suit. His coworkers didn't know he was dead and reanimated. He started to stalk and kill them in real life with their deaths connecting to the theme of mini game their representative character has you do in game. It's implied each employee would be made into their corresponding mascot in real life. You unlocked some audio recordings of the employees, personnel files on them and other tidbits that helped you piece what happened together.
