In this video you will visit a picturesque place where there used to be tea plantations. It is called Chaisubani. We liked this place for its spaciousness and beautiful views of the mountains and the sea. There are almost no cars on this road and it is incredibly quiet and calm here. We cooked Georgian kharcho soup. First, they fried pork ribs and boiled them with vegetables (onions, carrots and peppers) for about an hour. Then the vegetables were taken out and the meat separated from the bones. Then rice and meat were thrown into the broth. Separately, we prepared a dressing of tomatoes, tomato paste, onions and carrots. They added it to the broth and more seasonings, tkemali and herbs. An excellent dish for the winter season.
