@@somebodylikesbacon1960 top 100 is fine for $15 that I bought on eBay. I had fun with it, goomba bowling my favorite, and gave a friend superstars when someone bundled it at a discount. I think one third of the minigames are remastered on the switch.

Agreed. Mario Party Superstars is almost superior to The Top 100

Mario Party the top 100 was a game I enjoyed when I was a kid but nowadays I just look back on it and just think “that was TERRIBLE”. The game also doesn’t even use the right music for the said minigame’s orginial music.

I am not a Mario Party fan at all, these games are too evil for me lol. You should review more bad games and tear them apart, it shows a lot of passion in your video and that is something necessary to a channel to make it more original and worth watching to the average viewer. Great video overall!

Only ND Cube could find a way to screw up such a basic idea Welp at least they actually got it right on their 2nd attempt (but the fact that it took them 2 chances to make it work really shows how incompetent they are)

While I do think there is a LOT wrong with top 100. I personally don’t think it’s the worst one in the series. I had zero fun with island tour. I sold that like a week after I bought it. I still have my copy of top 100 though. Anyways, I’m probably the only individual who actually enjoyed top 100 for what it DID have, which isn’t saying much. Superstars and older games are definitely way better.

I beg you, Please give this game a chance! It needs to be a gem and I will still love it over mario party 9,10 and advance. And besides this game was kinda boring for me and I wish there was a vote to choose which mini game should be in it. Overall, this game isn’t the best but still a good one that I can enjoy playing!

This is one of the worst games on the 3DS.

I was honestly left down by the fact that Mario Party Top 100 bringing back the entire franchise of all mini games on a small portable console instead of on the Switch feeling like a complete waste. :/ Thank god Mario Party SuperStars saved the day! :D Tho there’s still things missing in that game, and that would be their Story modes, and those new characters that Hudson created at the time. :(

I'm a Mario Party fan of over 20 years. One of Nintendo's most soulless games, an insult to the series. And love the false advertising too. Do hope mini games like Heat Stroke and The Beat Goes On get added to Superstars and the game sees DLC. I want Stacked Deck to show up. But seriously, who was in charge of selecting the mini games for that package? Crank to Rank? Really!? I was kinda interested in this game when it was announced, but after watching reviews and seeing the game, I decided not to get it. Mario Party's my childhood and before Superstars, for me the series last great game was 7 (I wasn't a fan of the motion controls in 8, 9's kinda weird I like the boss battles and mini games but hate the direction the series took with it).

Mario party superstars is better than super Mario party because better boards mini games and has good online but super Mario party does have better characters

I spent £40 on this game when it came out. 40 POUNDS. I literally gave it away two days later, the only mario party game I fully dislike.

Alright so this game…where do I even start? This game kinda lack a lot like mini games,music,and the roster. Not to mention there’s only like one party board because usually there’s like up to 5 or 6 party Boards in a Mario party game.the roster is small but Mario party ds was like this as well. The mini games are kinda dumb because mostly some of those mini games are unpopular unfortunately I can’t think of one at the moment. And they could have been more creative like they did in star rush and island tour. But I think can agree with me that Mario party too 100 had to be one of the worst Mario games but it’s not as bad as Mario party advance. But at least on the one party board in top 100 at there’s no bowser spaces, because in other Mario party games bowser can cause multiple problems :( So in the end this game had be one of the worst of the Mario party series

Mario Party may be superior on consoles, but I do think Nintendo was right in giving the series representation on handhelds (although the 3DS Mario Party games were poorly executed, and online play should have been mandatory, since local multiplayer is much harder on handhelds). That said, three games is too much.

Superstars is what top 100 should have been

Ok, Pokey Pummel should NOT be regarded as a "fan favorite", especially since it's one of the dreaded button mashers yet gets a free pass for no reason. How come THAT'S one of the minigames allowed in both Top 100 and Superstars?! Though considering Nintendo also decided to include Minecraft over Shantae in Super Smash Bros Ultimate, I shouldn't be surprised by the amount of dumb brain coming from some people in that company.

They should’ve had fans vote on their top mini games and then choose the top 10 chosen from Mario Party 1-10 and bam, there’s your Top 100

as the one person that doesn't hate goomba bowling, at least it's not pier pressure

But if they could add more content to the game, more classic boards, a couple more characters and more classic mini-games than ever, and fix all the current issues, then Superstars will hands down be the best Mario Party of all time. The pacing is perfect, the gameplay is perfect, Superstars really did so many things right!

I hope they will make a android mario party that does similar things to mario kart tour so we can get new cpntent everytime due to it being a mobile game and also tour and 8 dx is my favorite mario kart cuz they really work now and the booster course pass was the reason why mk8dx is my favorite with tour but aside with mario kart mario party top 100 gives me satisfying chills because of the awesome minigames that were missing in superstars

@@Tricky_Nick Is his opinion. If he doesn't like Mario party the top 100 he is probably gonna dislike Mario party superstars. I personally enjoyed this game a lot when I was little and I still do. That doesn't mean I don't like superstars and that I don't agree with you just let him choose what he likes and not.

@@Tricky_Nick I only saw your comment now so I answer it now lol In my opinion Superstars is just a nostalgia blinded game, I dislike a lot of minigames and the boards feel really... boring due to horrible minigame balancement and lack of uniqueness (they also picked in my opinion the worst board in the series, Yoshi's Tropical Island) it's not a bad game but if the minigames were better (for example you have Ice Rink Risk and Pit Boss in the same game which doesn't make any sense. Or there is also Tug of War, the minigame that they had to give gloves to Some people because it hurted their hands) or if the boards were not choosed just because of nostalgia would make me enjoy it more. I'm a huge Mario Party fan and I think they could do so much better. For example brining back every host in the series or the day/night system from Mario Party 6 or something like that.
