This is what i miss about Presello. Featuring most grandiose, most unique, most classy, houses/condos. Usually kc mga nakikita ko very common na sa ibang channels. Unlike before sa Presello tlga yung naiiba sa lahat at pinaka the best tours. More like this Presello!!

When you're rich but don't have heart for your employees. It's massive and yet the designers still chose to squeeze in the laundry area inside the tiny staffs room.

Indeed. But if i own that condo the staff quarters i will make it as a laundry area and the first bedroom from the ground floor are my staff area. Since the 3 rooms on 2nd floors are massive i think the first bedroom on 1st don't need it anyway.

definitely , & these staff not all have a nice beddings, & change it every week. even a rug to use after bath for staff, its very cold right now i appreciate some employers has a hot &cold showers for their staff, .

Wow, in terms of condo I have seen on this channel this is #1 or perhaps the other huge spaced condo in Mandaluyong that has kick ass views too. But I think is one IS better with its own pool. The only thing missing perhaps is a mini gym and office. But then it's a condo and adding that feat will surely blow the price off the roof. Good tour on this one Julia 💯!!

Such a great style of visiting places like the viewer of the broadcast is there too.

Looks like a penthouse that belongs to a superhero with that view of the city 🙂

Upon seeing the Viridian's penthouse floor plan, there are actually 4 units. I would've preferred the penthouse unit with the view of Wack Wack Golf & Country Club, Ortigas Center and the Makati skyline... but that's just me. 😅

Wow! Veridian.. I requested to get a price quotation for a condo unit for my client haha I was a bit shocked for a unit as it was priced @ P32M at least hihi

@@motorheadforlife9431 I mean, if you end up inheriting a similarly sized house & lot in the metro & prefer the condo lifestyle, it doesn't sound as outrageous. Is it for the .01%? Sure. But it is a legitimate penthouse (not one of the top floor units of SMDC condos) so the target market was never the average Filipino to begin with. Context matters.

Did she tour Horizon? Also, Horizon's penthouse is the whole top floor. Much wider than this. The only pro with horizon is there are only about 60 units so all of your neighbors are about just as loaded. And the location is actually accessible if that's something the chauffeured even care about. The Ortigas Ave bottleneck is just plain torture to everyone, ultra rich or dirt poor.
