Hey Sophie i just wanted to let you know you re not alone when it comes to the struggle with anxiety!! my anxiety has been so bad recently i was throwing up from panic attacks so i definetly know the struggle! just know that you arent alone in that.

aww i really appreciate you saying that! and im also so sorry that you have dealt with that :( my anxiety is sooo bad and it feels so isolating sometimes so thank you so much ❤️
i can relate so so much to the anxiety thing, literally everything from not feeling well, needing to have a schedule and some food in my tummy, etc. anxiety (disorders) can be a real b*tch but from my own experience i do know it will get better with the years or months! and also thank you for being so honest about that on here
