For the LONGEST time I had no idea what or how to defeat my kuva lich, he took over 60% of my planets and thousands of my resources, I simply thought I just wasn't strong enough to defeat him, I feel so stupid for just now learning that I had to have a correct sequence of requiem murmur mods in order to make him retreat to the railjack mission thingy. This man has been making me pay his taxes since 2020, I'm not even joking.

This makes me feel bad for you man. Warframe is definitely a broad game with many different directions and things to learn. NEVER be afraid to ask questions Don’t forget about the wiki or KZread either. I put many many hours into this game and had no clue what I was doing. I think I played the game for several weeks before I knew that you could put mods on your equipment. And even longer before I knew you could upgrade those mods. I’m glad this guys video set things straight for you. I’ve done a half dozen liches and some sisters now and I wish I had watched this before I started my first one.

Please keep making these guides. You do a great job of explaining everything clearly. Lots of other guides start off assuming that the viewer already has base knowledge of the process or assumes the viewer is already Mr 10+. I really like that you clarified what stage the player should be at and what liches are just in general. Really well done, also nice editing as well. Loved it.

on 17:10 its best to clarify that it does not let you put 3 oulls in a parazon.

Great video. You mentioned using oull in the first slot, and the cycling weapons while farming larvlings. Personally, i always run Banshee, Synapse, a sporelacer and a glaive prime. You should make one for Corpus Sisters as well, you will make a great video for sure

Awsome video for those who dont know much, im only just returning after a decent break but i did dip my toes into hunting a few liches when it first came out so i was suprised when i "killed" my lich and he vanished and it wanted me to go fight him in a railjack mission so this helped clear up all that mess fkr me!

Why is every new mechanic never explained in game. I basically am working part time to learn this game.

This is a solid guide. I was so confused when I returned to Warframe long after this became a thing and accidentally spawned my lich, but seems like even if I fuck it up badly there's always a way out and a way to swap out my weapons or liches for the desired stats and elements.

Kiva liches: drops cool weapons and ephermas depending on which larvling you kill. Can also be conquered so that they help you out and stuff. Me who found my first larvling and brainlessly obliterated him immediately because I thought "highlighted enemy = kill them harder": *THEY DROP SPECIFIC REWARDS!??.*

Yeah I didn't know any of this when Liches first got released. Accidentally spawned one while testing out Wukong Prime on Lua. He took Earth as his prize planet and at the time I wasn't nearly ready to deal with him. Was kind of the reason why I quit playing for a while. No one around to assist with requiem relic farming plus I didn't have a clue as to what weapons or frames to use because DE reworked everything. I'm back now though, plan on having him as my Railjacks security officer.

Also make sure not to melee the larvling or the lich to death as it will auto stab them. The laetum and felarx with bane of grineer slap the lich really hard laetum in incarnon form felarx can stay in shotgun mode. my go to frame is revenant prime with thrall pact and a bunch of strength and duration

One thing to note about elements is that some weapons don't want that 60% bonus. Due to either the build itself or the weapons' natural elements, sometimes it's better to go for a lower element percent so you can proc the element you want.

Hey so I used your video. Great video. One edit tho, shouldve DEFINITELY mentioned that bug I immediately ran into on my third larvling. The game basically instantly executed it and I got stuck with a liche for the last 8-10 days going into this. I was shooting at a nearby enemy that was essentially next to the larvling, and I began to walk up to it to see the weapon. in the span of a second im letting go of the trigger and approaching the larvling and yeah. queue mercy kill despite not pressing x (xbox) searching found that this is a years old bug (like any warframe bug) and one that essentially locks you into what would be a days (week) long affair just to continue with the mechanic. If you are looking up videos like these to start with the mechanic entirely, then you naturally dont have any of the necessary items to complete the mechanic, hence the weeklong affair (balancing it with other activities) I think of all the important notes mentioned in this video, this would be a VERY BIG mention during the larvling explanation

Great Video! Amazing explanations. This is why I love finding smaller channels, ty YT recommendations for ones. That is also the reason why on Twitch I always sort from lowest viewers to highest, you can find the hidden gems that way. Even me as a MR31 player with 2.1k hours learned something from this video. I didn't know you needed the 10 kills in 1 minute after the screen flashing to spawn a larvling. I always assumed it would work like stalker and such so they would spawn after a little bit. But frustratingly waiting after the screen flashes told me otherwise XD. Seriously, great guide. TY for helping out the community and even teaching me something :) You deserve this subscribe! I recommend using [Mag] with a [Brakk] or [Kuva Brakk] just cast your 2nd skill and shoot, don't even need armor strip it's weird that Sisters can be armor strip by Mag's 4th but Liches are not affected

one thing you forgot to mention is that some incarnon weapons have an upgrade that bypasses damage attenuation, but overall great video!

I like how easy & detailed your guide video is. Would you also be willing to do a guide for sisters of parovos? My buddy LOVES Corpus stuff. I lean towards Greener. Sister of Parvos or "Corpus Lich" is essentially the same process as Kuva Liches but to unlock it you first need to have completed both "The War Within" and "Call of the Tempestarii" questlines. After that you need to get a Zenith Granum Crown which can drop from Treasurers on any corpus mission after a short while one will spawn. Once you get a coin you have to do the Granum Void which you should be familiar with from doing the questline. So go to the golden hand do the highest tier of Granum Void and even if you don't get the 75 kills for the objective a Corpus Larvla should spawn when you exit the Granum void. But that is kinda confusing and annoying so ya ill probably just make a video lol.

I just got rid of my first Kuva Lich. Also had him for years, didn't know how to deal with him. I learned about the requiem, moved him to the railjack missions and left him there 🙂Today I decided to get him. Had to do it twice because the host abandoned the first mission and I lost everything. Now I'm looking for information on how to use the lich.

Did you conquer your Lich cause that is the only way you can technically "use" your Lich. Review the part at 0:40 if you enter the bleeding out state in a mission your Lich will spawn to back you up. If you vanquished your Lich you will receive only their weapon.

You can avoid a lvl 5 with an oull as well, this only requires you to know 1 requiem every stab

It definitely is described more complicated than it is. Once you get into the groove of it it can go by fast. If you are after a specific weapon just focus on getting that then you don't have to do it again for awhile cause some of the weapons are worth it! Good luck!

is it better to have a low toxin value or high? You want slash to significantly higher than the viral value, but if you use full power mods then you often boost viral past slash, so I like to get a low toxin value on my weapon so I can run a full cold/status mod and so I get to keep the status boosting segment of the mod.

Like and subscribe detailed and calm and straight to the point ty.

Can u make also the TENET weapons.

I just got a railjack. I'm guessing I won't be seeing this guy any time soon!

@@gj_jerry_g Thanks! I finished the lich. converted him. But I can't get the larvling to spawn. Never mind. I just figured out why it wasn't spawning. You have to use the Progenitor frame to get it to spawn. The frame that spawned the lich!

@@jamming8519 Make sure that the mission you are doing says 'controlled territory.' If you already did the 'controlled territory' mission you wont be able to repeat it. Your lich will only spawn in missions nodes that have that red haze over it or the 'controlled territory' mission type. If you successfully got the right sequence of requiem mods and defeated your lich they should have fled to the railjack portion of the lich hunt which takes place on the Saturn Proxima.

I had no idea you could transmute a new mod out of defiled ones. I’ve been scrapping mine for endo 🤦🏾‍♂️

And generally it is a better idea to scrap them for endo! If you have a wide variety of mods you will most likely need a lot of endo to upgrade them. It is really hit or miss with the types of mods you will get if you do decide to transmute them. to kill lich i usually use a highly modded out broken war with berzerker on a voltz prime

I just started playing about 3 weeks ago. Heard about Kuva weapons from a friend and well.. I am underprepared and don’t have any good builds but I got myself the Kuva nukor and Kuva Zarr!!

I almost ran out of territories, and the murmur progress is too damn slow. For the third one, an entire mission worth of thralls only filled about 5-10%. It looks like i'll have to do an attempt with only 2 known parts, so that i can fill some progress :(

If you run out of controlled territories on a planet your lich will just move to another planet and rinse and repeat. So it'll be slow to fill out your murmur progress but you'll never run out of missions to do so.
