Wow! Thank you very much! We definitely DO design our videos to be viewed on a gorgeous 4K TV rather than just a phone or tablet. We design the sound for that too. Glad someone is actually doing that lol! :D

Hi Rich and Helen. I ordered a Regent Seven Seas brochure, and it arrived yesterday in the post. What I got was a "coffee table" like glossy 340 page brochure for the entire fleet through 2024 voyages. I was very impressed with the book, it is sitting on my coffee table right now for some light reading, here and there !! I've seen the Silver Moon Promo videos already, she's a beautiful ship indeed.

Excellent video. Nice looking ship. We did watch your other Silver Moon videos. A few thoughts: It is a shame that the ship does not have a retractable dome. If it rains or a little cooler, you don’t miss enjoying the pool and night dining… Also, I have always found it odd that the most luxurious suites are often located at the top of the ship, at the stern or bow, where the motion of the ocean will affect you the most, especially if you hit rough seas.

Hi Michel. Yes, we've always found it a bit odd about the biggest suites being at the top. You'd think they'd be mid-ships at least. There must be some reason! :D As for the retractible dome, that's one for the Silversea suggestion box! :D

Oh oh when is the following video of the silver moon .. really need cheering up and a silversea cruise very soon ... Never experienced silver suite but have had vista & balcony !!! Silversea is my favourite line..

Set the bar into the stratosphere there. As for the gripes...surely your butler would be filling your bath for you. The point about no night light in the bathroom is a real issue for me and my Helen. So we have a little plug-in one we take with us and a little battery operated LED string just in case Plan A fails due to incompatible socket. Right...off now to buy some winning lottery tickets...

TYVM! The video and ship look great. If I were forced to find faults in a wonderful ship experience, it would be two tech: It is a shame they seem to be still are using cards for door entry. Understandable for older ships but hopefully newer ships will be evolving to fobs like Princess Medallion and/or iWatch/iPhone. And the lack of an outlet near the table is annoying. Not just this "working" you alluded to but occasionally I want to game on a laptop and frequently I need to download and free up the all-too-finite memory cards in the still and especially video cameras.

Completely agree about the key cards. I'm surprised Silversea haven't thought of something else. Then again, they don't have a need for a wristband type gadget that charges your room account as they don't charge for anything!

We are going to be on Regent for two weeks this coming spring. We are looking for a fall trip now, and I think we may give Silversea a try.

Should have already had 2 sailings on the Moon which alas fell foul of Covid, replaced with 2 on Dawn, which the first looks just about ready to fall... So very envious eyes. I actually saw it being built in Ancona on an MSC cruise. Suite looks fantastic. Look forward to the rest, especially SALT...... Still would have preferred Indochine! Hopefully will see for myself in Mar 23

Thanks for watching. We were slightly apprehensive but actually the sea was very kind indeed to us for the entire trip, so we barely felt a ripple. :)

Thanks for the great video. Although the suite is obviously spacious ,the bedroom looked as if it could be a bit claustrophobic , small compared to the rest of the suite. In hotel blurb "cosy " usually means small. How did you feel about it. What about soundproofing .I have seen comments elsewhere that the soundproofing may not always be that good for Verandah suites but wondered whether that might be the case for Silver suites.

Thanks for watching! The bedroom is actually not claustrophobic at all because you can leave the double sliding doors open and it feels like you're in the openness of the suite. We never had any problems with sound so I really don't think it's an issue. :)

It’s totally individual. Tipping is included but you can always tip extra if you wish. There is often a ‘crew fund’ you can contribute too as well if you’d rather so that 👍 Thanks for watching 😊

All the reviews for this ship was one sailing round the Greek islands. I am sure the reviewers were given a free cruise to promote Silversea. As it was one cruise I am sure Silversea made sure service levels were at there highest, but with no subsequent reviews it may be that this service level is difficult to maintain.
