Noteworthy: Lavish Cocktails have the same Effect as the Liquor they are made of. Plus you need the same Amount for a Gourmet Cocktail, just 1 Condiment on Top. I recommend Insect Jelly Preserve for an additional +10 Mood. Mocca (Chocolate Coffee) is for some Reason an absolute Favourite for Hospitality Guests. Also theres a great small Mod that removes Gold from the Recipe of Cigars.

Classical Expanded opium is awesome for melee blocker pawns, it's like a low tech painstopper implant (with the added bonus of mood) and makes tough pawns in good armor stupidly resilient. It also makes a decent low labour, low weight cash crop.

I want my pawns to feel pain though. Pain exists for a reason, and that reason is the pawn can drop and stop being a target before they die

for the wine, pawns do care about the quality too( at least if used to) it gives a bigger mood boost

Opium is horrible. I made a big opium farm and gave all my pawns opium. Everyone got addicted and several people died from overdoses before I realized what a horrible idea this was
