A complete guide on how to do INTERIOR LIGHTING with CORONA RENDERER for 3DS MAX 2020 | LIGHTMIXER
Hey guys, In this video, I will show you how to do interior lighting with corona renderer and 3ds max.
You will learn how to do that with the sun and sky, HDRI images, and how to add some extra artificial lights to get a uniform looking light all over the scene. and also I'll teach you how to use multiple environment lights with the Lightmixer in order to extract many different moods out of only one render. so, make sure to watch the whole video so you don't miss anything.
This tutorial has been done with: 3ds max 2020 and corona renderer 5
I have already made another video about how to model the same scene that you can watch from here: • Video
let me know about your workflow in the comments, maybe you could change my mind about mine ...

Thanks for this, as a novice to 3dsmax and Corona you are really helping me get my head around these programs. (I've been using ArchiCAD/Maxwell/Photoshop for years but frustrated that my renders are just too basic)

You’re tutorials are awesome. I’m new to Corona. Made the switch from blender to 3ds Max. In blender you’re quality is determined by samples. How does corona work? Do you just leave it and the longer it renders the better it gets? Or are there any settings you need to tweak to get higher quality renders? Any help would be appreciated. Liked and subscribed 👍
Great lighting work! I'd love to know how to work on the scenery outside instead of just having sky. Are you using billboards?

next video, please make tutorial for corona camera setting for this scene, shutter speed, field of view, focal length, dof, f number, whitebalance etc..
Hi ! Thanks for the video! Few questions, how did you do your rotate on the scene so smooth? And the second, does it matters the what size you will create a plane for coronaportal ? For example, if I need to do more realistic light for attic windows, how then I need to put the plane for corona portal ? :)
@HMSTUDIO2020
3 жыл бұрын
About the rotation : I didn't do anything special. Maybe you felt it is smooth because I've speeded up the video. And about the portals, you just need to fill the whole space of every opening that you have. Just so you know, there is no need for corona portals in the Corona6
