Yes, it baffles me why so many rug cleaners keep doing the edges again and again but let the dirty water flow back to them because they don't squeegee it away, and some seem to have an aversion to using water liberally. This is the first of his videos I've seen and he is thorough.

Wow!!! That rug looked brand new by the end of the video, anybody could sell that rug, and no-one would know that it was so dirty beforehand. As usual, you guys are so professional. I hope your business continues to prosper.

It WAS brand new. Look closely, it still had the sticker label on it. 9:38 you first see it clearly in the corner closest to the bottom. 12:31 you can see the large sticker on the bottom right and a smaller tag on the upper left. 12:50 lower left... Now, tell me, who had a rug, gets it THAT dirty and the tag/sticker not only was not taken off, but didn't wear off when all that dirt got applied, UNLESS it was freshly applied on a new rug bought to get dirty and cleaned just for this vid. Think about it.

@@labella9291 I have never removed the sticker from a carpet. Why should I? You don't see it. And nobody walks on the bottom of the rug. The bottom is protected by the floor. How should it get dirty? 🤷🏻‍♀️ And I feel like if you wanted to fake it, you wouldn't forget to remove the label.

@@corinnadiers5937 This is what went over your head. If the sticker was left there, and was under and protected, it shouldn't have been that filthy. Unless it was deliberately covered in filth. AND it were naturally that dirty, the stocker would not have been intact, it would have worn off. But you believe what you want.

This is a rug I would proudly let my grandkids play on. You did a fantastic job. You can tell that you take great pride in your work.

In the scrubber there is a neutral PH shampoo with the addition of active foam.

That was a super dirty rug, each time i thought you were finished dirt just kept appearing out the sides. But when finished the colours were amazing

We use water adequately to the stain on the carpet. It is our job that we earn from it and we pay for this water. It's like asking why a bus driver consumes so much fuel and only carries 7 people.😉
