Emily, I’m so sorry for the loss of your family dog. The hurt is real and it just makes you so sad. May the beautiful memories of your beloved pet bring you comfort. I love seeing Cody in your videos because he reminds me so much of my sweet Daisy who passed in August. Her birthday is this coming week and she would have been 14. It’s bittersweet. She lived a long life, but never long enough.

So sorry to hear about Max.. losing a pet is never easy they are a massive part of a family but he will always leave a paw print on all of your hearts 💕 Always wish I knew you were in London yesterday as my Husband took me to London for my birthday and have always wanted to be able to say hello... turns out we went to exactly the same places guess just a little bit behind eachother. But hope you had an amazing day with your mum and sister xx

Really feel your pain with your hips at the moment. I have hip dysphasia and the cold honestly makes me so stiff. It’s a nightmare! Sending lots of love 🥰

Have you ever tried using a heated electric blanket for your arthritis? If you got a throw size for the sofa and a bed size one, you could treat your pain when needed. Hammacher Schlemmer makes a wearable one, but the stores are in the US and Canada. So sorry to hear about Max.

I feel your pain. I’m waiting to see a rheumatologist as I think I may have RA as multiple drs have said seems like arthritis. my fingers and ankles this time of year are horrible and it can be sooo frustrating wanting to do things but your bones not letting you because of the pain!

I lost my dog of 17 years last month. We grew up together I had her when I was in middle school. She had the best life but it still was horrific 😢 they’re such a big part of the family and house aren’t they xx

I’m so sorry about your loss. Max is a angel. I lost my chihuahua mix in September. I had to have my chihuahua mix euthanized because she had cancer, heart disease and kidney failure.

I’m literally so jealous. I have ALWAYS wanted to live in London. I’ve never been but I feel it’s so magical. I live pretty close to Chicago so if you ever want to trade for bit let me know queen! 😂

Hey Emily, Have you ever done moist heat on your joints before you work out. Even when you feel good. I've had arthritis since I was 15...made phys-ed fun. I'm a natural redhead and sadly pain meds have little to no effect on me. The heat works though. ❤

Do you have opportunities to take cold dips? I’m wondering if that would help with your arthritis? Your mum & sister ❤❤. I’m so sorry for the passing of Max 🐾❤️. My deepest condolences to your entire family. RIP sweet Max.

Have you considered diet and lifestyle changes to shift your arthritis pain? For me when I eliminate foods with gluten, sugar and stimulants such as coffee my inflammatory pain is reduced. Hope you feel better.

Can you talk a bit more about your arthritis “journey”. I’m 29 and have osteoarthritis in my jaw and it feels like quite an isolating experience having an “old person disease” in a young body 🙃

Cutting out gluten will do wonders for your arthritis x

When you lose a family dog they leave such a big hole in your heart and being at home is awful because you miss even there claws tapping on the floor and I do think getting another dog does distract you from the sadness and grieving. Send my love🩷
