- Almonds | 80 g (1/2 cup)
- Hazelnuts | 35 g (1/4 cup)
- Peanuts | 70 g (1/2 cup)
- Baking tin 30 cm × 20 cm (12 x 8 inc) + baking paper.
- Pumpkin seeds | 30 g (1/4 cup)
- Sunflower seeds | 60 g (1/2 cup)
- Flaxseed | 30 g (1/4 cup)
- Sugar | 200 g (1 cup)
- Whipped cream | 110 g (1/2 cup)
- Butter | 120 g (1/2 cup)
- Chocolate | 200 g (7 oz)
1 cup = 200 ml
