A chef from Turkey taught me to cook chicken this way. Delicious recipe.
Hello everyone!
A very tasty chicken recipe. I met him when I was in Turkey on vacation. Now I cook for my family.
Components:
1.8 kg of chicken (1 chicken).
cut in the middle.
Beat the chicken.
Salt.
black pepper.
Repeat on the other side.
5-6 cloves of garlic.
Oil.
50 g of butter.
Fry the garlic for a few minutes.
Remove the garlic.
Put the chicken in the pan.
Cover, press down and fry for 4-5 minutes.
rotation.
Do the same on the other side.
Remove the chicken.
Put it in a baking dish.
2 teaspoons of honey.
2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
2 teaspoons of mustard.
1 teaspoon of tomato paste.
peppers and coriander.
Brush the chicken with the sauce.
rotation.
Repeat on the other side.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 200°C/392°F for 45 minutes.
1 kg of potatoes.
Pour water.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Cook for 15-20 minutes.
1 onion.
1 yellow pepper.
Use chicken oil.
Fry until golden.
Add pepper.
Fry for 3 minutes.
Salt and pepper.
1 teaspoon of paprika.
2 teaspoons of rosemary.
Peel the potatoes and put them in the vegetables.
Fry on all sides.
Dill and parsley.
Add to potatoes.
Remove the foil.
Bake at 200°C/392°F for another 10-15 minutes.

Evet nereden kimden aldığını söylememesi hiç etik değil!! Sadece Türkiye'de bir şeften yazmış..o şef isminin söylenmesini hak ediyor..BN de seyrettim bu stili.. tavuğu merdaneyle dövmek fln.. Madem ki aldın kanalı söyle di mi ama!?😉👍 Herkes Türk yemeklerini öğreniyor artık ama Yunanlılar gibi ismi bile Türkçe olan yoğurdu alıp Greek yogurt diyebiliyorlar..oysa Yunan kadim tarihinde yok!!!🤣🤣🤣 Türkler yoğurdu ekmeği ve atı evcilleştirme ile demire su verip çeliği bulan millettir.kadim tarih bunu yazar.. unutmadık!!!👍

looks really good, i'm gonna try it with chicken pieces. i lived in turkey for a while 50 years ago when i was in the u.s. air force but never had any chicken dishes but had a lot of lamb dishes and some kind of beefsteak dishes and the food was always flavorful.

А сами никогда такое ни ели? Чуть что турок .араб научил ..да такое мы готовим очень часто.и нас никто не учит да перестаньте срамить другие нации. Мой сосед из турции живет много лет Посмотрел и сказал ужас хоть сам шеф повором работает в ресторане и одно слово . Обидно почему они прикрываютя другими нациями .да.уж пора это прекратить
