Michael Ball is absolutely precious! He seems so down to earth and genuine, I felt like we were watching a conversation rather than an interview. I saw him in Sweeney Todd and he was literally breath-taking, you're so lucky Carrie! x

That's so cute that the two of you were in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang together! I love Michael Ball, and this just makes me really happy.

And then a few years later she was performing with him again in Les Mis, again! This video came up on my recommendations (I may have been binging a lot of Carrie videos during lockdown) and it was so nice to see it again. The Cameron Blakely story with the cat still makes me cry with laughter!!

I'm literally a musical geek I met Michael when he was doing hairspray!! Coming over to London to see you in February carrie ❤️❤️

I have not listened to the complete symphonic, I'll have to give it a try! And I agree, his empty chairs is so beautiful. Give me all the feels.

Words cannot express how much I adore Michael Ball :D he is my idol and inspiration, and his voice... to die for!! I love him and I'm so jealous of Carrie :p

Hi Carrie, thank you very much for sharing your talking with Michael Ball. Last sunday he played "A man without love" by Engelbert released in 1968 in his Radio Show on BBC 2.. Simply a very good song, my generation. He is an amazing guy. He loves all the melodies which comes from the bottom of the heart.. He just knows what sounds great.

I went to see you two for my 6th birthday doing chitty chitty bang bang! Probably the best day of my childhood, this is so odd but it must be so lovely for you both! Ahh nostalgia is a beautiful thing
