Ikr I was looking at this in class with subtitles on and I obvsly couldn’t use volume, and I saw hungry box and was like huh? That a typo?

Sonic moves forward with his downtilt so he could dtilt his way to the end where the portal is since he never leaves crouch after spamming dtilt.

Interesting that it's not considered a stagebuilder glitch for the challenge, can they never get hit in there head or is it that the hitboxes aren't actually as high as they should be while riding their vehicles?

I find it hysterical how bowser, one of the antagonists meant to be big and scary, can just casually crawl under something that needs someone to be small enough to fit it

Definitely possible. Sephiroth just blitzed through Incineroar's route and both he and Cloud can outmaneuver Incineroar (and Ganondorf). I'm curious to see if there are alternate routes that don't use that particular setup, though. Cloud's Limit Climhazzard also gives him a good vertical distance, he can act shortly out of it, and coupled with his projectile range, we can arrange a setup with a tight lava tunnel switch that blocks off most others. Seph has even better mobility, so his One-and-Only is much easier... unless we take it another step further and see how many ways he can show off.

Hungrybox is famous Jiggly main, course you probably know that already.

I like how Simon and Richter both hit the switch in a different way just to show how trivial it is for them.

The Bowser one lmao. Also I can't test this since I don't have my switch rn, but one the upper left path Sonic could potentially do the little wiffed homing attack bounce thing and then spincharge into a double jump directional air dodge.

I feel like a all but wario would be interesting, since he tends to make a lot of challenges trivial.

10:58 How this can make it while Sonic's spin dash can't-

Sonic could've easily complete the challenge by Using his F-smash on the switch. His F smash has longer range than Donkey Kong with invincibility frames.

I like that this feels like an overall homage to Sonic, especially with all the music. Escape From the City was always my favorite. Brings me back!

I HAVE WAITED SO LONG FOR THIS

I don't know if you've checked in another video, but a spinshot might just barely be able to make the lava tunnel jump from just off the platform with an airdodge. The windbox is probably a no go, but the tunnel is worth checking out if you revisit it.

the "and hungrybox" got me dying of laughter

Next video: A Challenge only Sonic CAN win Because Sonic is canonically my favorite character in the whole game.

I think there’s a limit on the wind thing in stage builder that characters like Little Mac and Captain Falcon can surpass. So this one would be unique.

I have visualized in my mind and I can say that a one and only of Sonic will be quite easy to do, since Sonic jumps exaggeratedly high and far, and it is unnecessary to speak of his speed. some characters that reach a high vertical height don't have a high vertical distance (and the same thing can happen but in reverse), and those that do have both aren't as fast (like pacman), and the ones that are fast don't go as high, (like capt. falcon and little mac )

@@Plugytheplug Do a timer set up with something where you have to run somewhere before some lava on a track can block the exit or something

With the new Sonic movie out this just fits it

I won’t try and debunk at 5am, buttt, I do think the tight tunnel might be possible for Sonic. He has a technique called the “spinshot” where you charge up a Spin Dash, but basically cancel this with a jump in the first one or two frames, resulting in an extremely horizontal jump. You basically charge up the Spin Dash, then scrape your fingers off B and straight onto A, like the Corrin instant pin. The only thing I’m not sure about is how much height he gains during this, it can’t be much more than short hop height, but maybe an air dodge could keep him out of lava’s way. Maybe I’ll have to try it if nobody else has by tomorrow! Cheers for making another video in this series though, it’s my favourite kind

Here is an idea I have: a Wario one and only where he is NOT allowed to touch lava while on his bike. Because if you allowed that, you could probably just make the "Under the lava" challenge again with lava on the ground.
