This was the time during Marcos administration after lifting the Martial law. Also, it was aquired by Roberto Benedicto (who also owned RPN 9) since 1975 IBC 13 was actually first owned by an american and also acquired by Andres Soriano in 1962 but when martial law was implemented, this network actually shutdown until 1975. It actually became number 1 from 1978-1980. This was sequestered by the government in 1986.

Just a correction: This was broadcast from February 1985, not 1983. A proof of this is that IBC's history, as far as the network's concerned, started in 1975, and if we put 10 years plus, then the answer is obvious. :) Plus, the Milo label featured in 0:34 has been in use since late 1984. If this was from 1983, then it was using the old Milo label. Anyway, thanks for uploading this rare video from a network that was once worth watching.

Jake Jacinto what's also interesting about this special presentation that IBC TV-13 put up in '85 is that it has the young Peter "Rabbit" Musñgi's legendary voice and some dancers and models re-enacting and re-doing some of the memorable lines, visuals and slogans of the commercials that were airing that time. I think Peter was back then VO of IBC til early 1987 right, before ABS-CBN got him for its Star Network relaunch?

Taka Sukunami This was done in the 80s. Found and old betamax (not even a vhs) tape and converted it to an mp4. So yes, quality is bad but better than nothing.
