Real interesting, and I never knew about that earlier. Mostly knew him as the composer for the Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and Jurassic Park films, E.T., and others I can think of. But now that I know, it's no wonder, as I can now tell the style that he puts into his music (especially Star Wars) during this track. And when I first saw that clip from this game and heard that music, I recognized it from the trailer and wondered why it was here, but at the same time, I thought it was pretty fitting for the ending scene of this film, probably more than the former music from the actual film.

It has been a long time while I used to have this game on the N64, sans a memory card. I was close to finishing this game. But, Sighs. Thanks to you, now I can get familiar.
As a kid this was so Satisfying
Ps1's graphics, presentation, music and sound effects, gameplay are much better than n64!

Actually for the game, the movie’s co-director Andrew Stanton voiced Hopper.

@@icekokoro2708 Really? Didn't know. He then voiced Zurg and Crush the Sea Turtle. And in this film, he and John Lasseter were the flies in that scene where one of them was hit by the zapper.
It was hard to comprehend, like leaving the system on, falling asleep and wake up to finish. Sometimes I wish I could turn back and relive them in an alternate way. But going retro don't seem all that bad. Because everything now is so expensive in this day and age.

Exactly. I bought a ps2 at goodwill for $14.99. Maybe $12. Best deal ever and I also found a game in there. Metal arms. Now it’s the lost played game in my collection.

Same. I first heard it from that film trailer as well. And it comes from that one 1992 film "Far and Away", and it was composed by John Williams.

@@MrAcrizzy And that music was even used in the ending scene for A Bug's Life during the film's original workprint. Which, by the way, I have been watching lately after first finding it on the Internet Archive website. A lot of scenes and lines, even ones (both former and latter) that weren't used in the film, that you heard and saw differently in the trailers and TV spots, the Read Along narrated by Hayden Panetierre as Dot, the Storyteller Album narrated by Kat Cressida, and this video game, are done that way because they originate from that workprint. And they like to do that a lot often on such merchandise and advertising.

Actually, the music used in this and the "Treasure Planet" trailer came from the 1992 movie "Far and Away" composed by John Williams, with parts from "The Land Race" and "Joseph and Shannon" borrowed.

The bonus level was the one you get for ass smashing a couple spiders. I used to play it all the time. Only butt smash until the screen takes you to a bonus level but you probably already know that. Lol. I remember when i finally passed this level. Way later on in life as a child i never seen this level

chaffxgrenade? if you revisit the bird building level, there's a way into the bonus level: you'll need to use 5 bouncy mushrooms in a row next to the grapes and you're in the bonus level.

There is one thing that bugs me in the game for years I don't know what these are and what they do. what do those things that have red, yellow, purple, and green mean? they look like smoke? What do they do? I have been playing this game for years since 1998. I still luv it and I don't know what those things mean?
Does anyone know what the numbers at the end of the save file stand for? It's reads: BUGS:LEV15:00 what does the 00 stand for? I've never been able to figure it out.
