K was playing in my backyard there at my moms house with my cousins..... I saw Rubio that day go to the dumpster and toss a bag .....what’s crazy is I was working as a CO for Cameron county sheriff dept at that time too ...... when I heard the news and saw the guy at work in jail I was like WTF I saw this dude toss the heads!
