what i figured out to not let my food burn. use a cover(deckel) so you save energy also. dont cook on high temperatur all the time. maybe only at the begining then let it stir so there should be enough water in the food that it dont burns. sorry you have to figure it out by yourself cause it dont work on me all the time either.
