Love how even small kitchen with custom well designed plan can be so multi functional and beautiful

I absolutely love blue kitchens. Kudos to the designer who did a fabulous job. She is even color coordinated with the space. Stunning renovation.

I've worked for Rebecca on several projects and it's such a joy to collaborate with her. She always considers the clients' lifestyles and how they use the space before making it pretty. It sometimes can be a long process and a lot of give/take, but the end result always works. Absolutely love love this Kitchen! Great work RHD team!

Actually same here, I would go for white only but the grey wasn't shouting grey grey so it's ok, but yeah, something about it want just so amazing as the actual kitchen is!!!

Love this kitchen! Only thing I don’t love is the nook with the round table. I would have went with a small rectangle table. But still, she did a great job. Love it!

Awesome, probably best kitchen on house and home so far, maybe because she described so many custom ideas and they really are great! ... And perhaps coz I love the blue and white combo (which I'm striving to incorporate into my home - it's so calming). One day if I re-do my kitchen, this will be my inspiration for sure!

I am not sure if it's the fisheye lens but the kitchen seems pretty crowded with the island in the middle (it's pretty big too!), but the style and storage ideas are awesome.

Can’t do underfloor heating with a wood floor. Also, wood floors in a kitchen will need refinishing after only a few years with young children in the house.

Not sure about that particular shade of blue. And I usually love blue kitchens ...

Pretty but I could not possibly deal with walking around island to get to fridge and pantry. Awkward to me. Plus the bar sink is cramped and I would get bruises from the handles sticking out underneath. Banquet and table is a great idea.

Lovely kitchen... just a technical concern... doesn't the steam from the coffee machine cause damage and moist mess inside the cabinet? Specially on the shelf right above it...

I would. I would hire a black designer. Why not. I like this channel a lot - but the sad truth is: I never saw one here. In Toronto are a lot of asian people... And I don't think it is racist to talk about it. But it is racist not to. Like some of the others in the comments wants to.

I liked the kitchen, but she was wrong about the table choice. It makes the space look smaller. And I’m against the floors, it just feels like it will become dated in the next couple of years.

The workflow in that kitchen must be awful. It looks pretty but practically, must be a nightmare day to day.

@@enzoenzo7895 It's a work line not a triangle with an island in the middle. The Fridge, hob and sink are all in alignment. Every time you need something out of the fridge you need to run round the island. Either put all the appliances on one side of the island or dog leg an appliance to create a triangle. I have an island in my kitchen and everything is behind the island on one side making a perfect triangle.Also, do Americans and Canadians only have all-in-one cookers? They are pretty rare in UK as we prefer a built in hob and then eye level ovens.

@@angelaramseyrobinson4407 a hob is the setup that you put you pans on, whether gas or electric.These are built into the countertop for ease of use. An all-in-one cooker in UK is seen as a lower form of cooker. However they don't look as grand as US ones unless it is an Aga.

It’s nice but this lady really took their money. Customized wood pockets for Keurig cups?! Come on! She also kept saying some really ditzy things when describing simple features: ‘And this unique door shuts you away to keep the noise out.’ 😒

too matchy matchy, floor makes it feel like a garage, island seems too big for space, countertops should have rounded edges as it looks cheap and dangerous

Blue kitchens are a major design Faux Pas. Blue is the least appetizing color on the color wheel and using blue in a room where you prepare food doesn't make any sense. A trained designer knows this, they teach you this in school.

Red and yellow are the most appetizing colors, but you do not find red and yellow kitchens ever. It boils down to preference and overall aesthetic

@@amrsalama151 There are tons of red kitchens and even yellow ones. Red, yellow, green and orange are the most appetising colors which is why restaurants use them. You rarely even see blue used in a restaurant however.

@@johncawood723 Just because it reminds you of paris or england doesn't mean it's appetizing. And I have never seen a paris bistro or English kitchen that was full of blue. The only time I've seen blue used in a restaurant is in a greek restaurant.

Yeah, you are right they are most common in a commercial setting to drive sales, but I am speaking more about homes, in fact red grabs attention so imo in a kitchen setting I feel its going to be distracting and not subtle with the overall vibe of the house, unless the whole palette includes red which might be an overkill but anyways it boils down to preference anyways.
