Biking is the most practical way of transportation.
Wow, good to see this. Get rid of cars and go biking.

car dependency is just as bad for you as it is for able-bodied people. if you, for example, currently rely on a special vehicle to go long distances, then 1. wouldn't it be easier if you didn't have to go long distances as much? 2. wouldn't it be easier for you to drive if all the people on the road whose tasks don't need to be in cars, e.g. commuting to office jobs, going to events, meeting up with friends, shopping for less than a backpack's worth of stuff (or more, cargo bikes exist), etc., were on bikes or transit instead of in your way? 3. don't you also benefit from reductions in pollution if people drive less? 4. have you heard of e-bikes and e-trikes? somebody i find inspirational is Martyn Ashton, you should check him out. i for one actually really appreciate accessibility concerns being raised, because i do want the world to be inclusive. but my belief is that a world that isn't reliant on cars is both better for *everybody* in general and can accommodate disabilities better than one that is reliant on cars.
nice
Beautiful
Bogota is at 8,660 ft. altitude. Keep that in mind. Also air pollution is a problem

Air pollution is a problem whether they're biking or not. Might as well get the exercise unless you're expecting them to hermetically seal themselves off from the ambient air.

Plus more people moving in bycicle takes cars from the street and aliviates pollution.

Yeah, sure it is harder physically for tourists, but when you live here permanently, your body gets used to the altitude so it doesn't make things harder really. Also studies from universities here have shown that pollution it's affecting harder the people inside the buses than the people outside of it.

air pollution is less of a problem the more people aren't driving
