It is really refreshing seeing this after the overwhelming negativity that has gripped this nation in recent times. As a disabled veteran I am fortunate enough to have a home. I might try to get some guys together and see if we can do the same thing for the homeless veteran community. Thank you for the idea.

Brady A you are God sent. My heart is asking for me to ask you if we can place a few of these homes on your property. Your home would be the example home for 6 months and then we would start asking your neighbors to join. Each home would allow 2 people to live in. Within a neighborhood our goal is to have 25 homes which would house at least 50 homeless people within each block. If we can have 100 homes dropped off in 4 block we would house 200 people within your local community. This would help so much. God bless you.

For the chronically homeless this is an excellent model. It provides dignity and security they didn't have before. Just like the tiny veterans villages with veterans services is right for them. There is no one solution to homelessness but we need to do better and help those who want homes to find what works for them.

I like Greg's use of recyling discards, plus he has that lady working with him. Building 35 homes might not seem like a big deal, but neither is taking one step at a time after a person's lost a son. Those first steps are huge. I applaud Greg for being so creative and helping his fellow man/woman. :)
