This is a long shot you might not see this, but my family have a coffee manufacturer in Guinea Conakry, we are trying to expand and the coffee funds is building schools in Guinea to provide free educations especially for the girls who can’t afford it and get married in a young age, we also want to use the coffee business to provide jobs. If you see this we would love to send you samples, and hear your feedback and support on this your videos are Amazing. I just stumble upon it and I’m binge watching 😊😁❤

I’ve been a barista for 10 years, but honestly it’s more like a blue collar barista. Punch in, froth milk, pull shots, punch out. I think it’s time to be a black turtleneck barista

It’s a lot of chaos but a lot of fun
I'm more of a tea person than a coffee person, but I was actually inspired by the adding aromatics video you did, and decided to make a tea blend put of it. It was oolong, rosemary, orange peel, rose petals, cloves, cardamom, and a touch of cinnamon. The first steep was a bit too harsh, but the second steep was exactly what I was hoping for! It was delicious and comforting, and I feel like the first steep was better as a sort of iced latte to balance out some of the bitterness and make it more refreshing, and the second steep was good hot and fresh with just a little sugar.

Morgan, you were the one who inspired me to really take a deep dive into my coffee, did my first cold brew concentrate the other day with a very nice dark roast and now I know what I have been missing out on; so choclatey and sweet! Thank you so much for all of the content you put out for us all!

@@Luke-we9gj on my particular one, 1:1, although my recipe recommended 1:2 I think I ground a bit too course. I'll modify the grind next time and see what happens
I rarely drink coffee, let alone make it myself, but your videos are so intriguing to me. I love watching someone who is so passionate about what they do!
these videos always make me happy 🩷
Yeaaa!!! You're back!! I have so missed these videos.🎉😊
If you wanted to step up your ice game too, instead of an ice tray, try unidirectional freezing and make nice big chucks of crystal clear ice. You can make bigger blocks and it's super impressive for presentation (and no cloudy floaties when the ice melts)
The moment you said pineapple, my brain said brown sugar, butter, and cherry. Maybe I just need a coffee and a slice of pineapple upsidedown cake? 😂

This is actually so inspiring! Thanks Morgan :--) it's citrus season right now in Australia, the cogs are turning 🤔🤔🤔😊
Love the longer form videos!
Thanks for the video Morgan, I hope you have a great day.
regarding the muddling of mint when shaking a drink, leandro from The Educated Barfly did a test on how muddling influences the mint flavour in a classic mint forward cocktail on his FreePour channel. the result of his test was that muddling mint moderately in addition to shaking actually enhances the mint flavour. however, it's necessary to be careful to not shred the mint when muddling as that imparts unwanted vegetal flavours. so yes, while you don't need to muddle mint to get mint flavour into a drink when shaking, muddling might actually help if you want more mint flavour without using extra mint leaves. hope you find that info interesting. love the video. thanks for presenting your thought process!
From another video of yours I saw: I think a "wine box" as a commercial product, but with ready brewed coffee would be a great idea; both as cold brew, and ready made espresso. Because espresso is a concentrate used as a base with water and other liquids to make other coffee drinks, it would last a while, I think.
i only just noticed how the digits on your clock slowly move upward as the minutes/10 minutes progress (i assume they do so for the hours as well)
Thanks for your sharing!❤
I’m going to try it! 😊
I have a suggestion for a future video. A few years ago I was served a coffee/hot drink that was technically more milk than coffee by a Bangladeshi housemate that I had, who steeped the milk in a lot of different spices (cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, whole cloves, that kind of thing). She used both fresh milk and powdered milk in it, and it was very sweet. I'd love to see and try it again, but can't find anything like it, so if you have heard of anything like it, I'd love to see a video of it
You are wonderful, you are the pinnacle of beauty
White chocolate coffee is my favorite butter rum light ice powder and liquid white chocolate and also home drip coffee dash of suger and scoop of creamer
I love cold brew. I make it at home, but have to double filter it or else it tastes muddy regardless of the grind.
so fun to know about
I wish my mint leaves were that beautiful 😯
Now next question, when's there going to be a barista book from you? That sounds like a great read!

Can you please tell me the name of the carbonated maker? Thank youuuu
What is the brand of your carbonation bottle?
I have a really hard time combining coffee with fruit flavors. The results are usually so bad I can't drink it. I'll have to look into that Flavor Bible.

Every drink should have a grain of salt? Odd choice, but alright. I'll do it
@Caffeine.And.Carvings
11 ай бұрын
Basically also everything you cook or bake should have a bit of salt if you want to highlight the flavor. Best thing for drinks imo is james hoffmanns 20% saline solution. (20g salt to 100g water and dissolve into a dropper bottle). If I drink coffee at friends places and the roast is too dark or just tastes off, one or 2 drops help to buffer the bitterness or even cancel it out whole amping up the other taste notes. It's amazing what salt in drinks can achieve :)
Morgan, why are you dressed like you are going outside to shovel snow when it's the middle of summer? I'm worried you will pass out from overheating if you drink a hot cup of coffee.
