I loved the calm, silent beginning of the video! The first moments in the morning are usually very quiet, just waking up, trying to stay awake and I think it's perfect that you chose no music while showing them!

I use a toothbrush and spray a little hairspray on it! It works for me, maybe it would work for you too lol

I will always choose customized local dance ware apparel that accepting customized ones. Hopefully Noelle Dance Wear will try that too as my height and shoulders always be annoying thing I struggle at at finding the right dance wear.

i’m a dancer and my main tips are obviously have fun in the lessons but make sure you are listening to the teacher practice any choreography that you learn in the lesson don’t be scared to ask you teacher for help on a move or something after class if your teacher gives you a correction listen to it stretch as often as you can but just have fun and try to make friends with everyone!! 💓 💓

Technique is definitely a mindset, but as a late starter it’s in my head but it just takes practice to translate to the body. So kind of the opposite for me. But, I can see that someone who has been doing it for so long just needs to be aware of it and their body does the rest.

I wish my parents had let me do online school when I was in HS, but that wasn’t as popular back then (My parents were convinced that I would be a social outcast or something if I did homeschooling so they were pretty strict on me going to a normal school- but jokes on them since I am still a wierdo :P ). I would have gotten SO much more sleep and been so much more efficient with my life... but no... I had to get up at 5 and not get home till almost 8 then have to some how shower , eat, and do my homework before 10 since I had to do it all again the next day. Somehow I always managed it but I think it is the reason why I am struggling with my health now. Too much stress, not enough time to rest and heal the hard work. Oh well, now I know I have a good work ethic when I need it.
