I am glad you do this😊 thank you
Just bought Diet Protein and looking for a use of it. Could you make a video about it specifically? Please 😊
it's very intuitive to understand why sugary softdrinks are bad, sure, but im curious about how sugarfree alternatives affect me, glossing over them here made it seem like you somewhat equate them. coming from an energy balance standpoint they obviously are better but what other effects could it have on my diet, assuming im drinking enough water still?

I just avoid artificial sweeteners in general, theres a lot of contradictory and confusing information on them. Not much evidence of them being any better for you, and in some cases worse than normal, refined sugars in anyone thats not diabetic. Any sugars i consume are just naturally occurring in the forms of fruit, sometimes a bit of honey in my tea/yogurt. Of course I make exceptions, but its fine to occasionally treat yourself as long as you're not eating a lot of sugar/sweeteners on a daily basis. Dont obsess too much on going 0 sugar, just reduce your sweet intake in general, replacing it with proteins/healthy fats and you should be fine
I believe that our diet is not only about the food we consume...there is so much more to it

Yea, the word 'diet' originates from Latin 'dies' (day), so it's basically your daily practices (if I recall correctly). I guess the word could be used in various contexts :)
Thoughts on Sucralose? Is it bad? I consume it every day in multiple foods. Protein powder, flavorings, energy drinks, eaas, etc. Kinda am a bit biased on it.

a clenched fist of carbs? What does that mean exactly? Is that per day?
Are plant proteins as good as animal proteins? If so which plant proteins are the best for muscle and bone health?
