I'm not saying Bedman is top tier but I low-key feel like Bedman players have just been gaslighting us into thinking he's a bad character and no one has bothered checking if it's true or not.

His pressure’s fucking insane once he actually gets there. He’s still kinda meh compared to a lotta characters tho considering how much you gotta do to actually get that setup to where you can loop pressure with him.

His problem was never offence, the reason Bed’s low tier is because of his bad guts and general defense. But if played right Bed can be insane, problem is no one plays Bedman

People say he is bottom tier because fd kinda just makes all his good pressure feel kinda bad especially considering how his neutral isnt great. it feels like they need some kind of buff to their normals, i loved the airdash speed change tho

19:14 I swear Leffen is using that overdrive like a CA in SF6 lol. Generally it feels safer (to me at least) to get the wall splat and judge from that point, but Leffen has been comboing into it all video. I do think comboing into overdrive is the answer sometimes (particularly if you can't get the wall stick and they have ample resources where your corner oki basically isn't oki at all), I just think it's interesting that he's doing it so much.

@@attn. He isn't complete trash but he fights problems that most other character never even think about. And getting his gameplan started vs someone who actually knows what he does is much harder than it should be. Since card is not only seeable. But punishable with dash > button lol. Mist Finer also get punished by the same dash buttons after blocking it. Or things like you just letting him do vault > deal instead of trying to anti air it. And just IB the card and trying to throw it. Since it's a 1-2f link of him getting it that safe. And you are safe vs empty vault > throw (you can also time a fuzzy 4F/5F P button and press twice) TLDR he's designed to steamroll you with old WA so they gave him a bunch of weaknesses. Then they toned down WA and did nothing to adjust him beside give him a half function dash jump....

I believe he uses a custom AFS crossup type controller made by a custom builder named bearwitt (when i started getting into building controllers i spoke to bearwitt and he showed me some of his latest creations, one of which was leffens)

You know, aba has a hell of a time vs characters that outrange her, you die from 2 bad guesses? How can Aba even put you in a situation where you have to guess if she cant touch you

@@sergioisaacsantanajimenez7801 think about her jealousy gauge like nago's blood gauge, if she mismanages it she gets put in a very difficult situation. If she doesn't mismanage it she remains extremely dominant the entire game. Also, i would imagine you'd agree that the characters that out range her generally have a hard time against chipp in neutral right? She can input a special move at any given moment and play chipp tier neutral and gets more reward for winning neutral than chipp ever does. On a tier list she's probably somewhere right outside of top 5 tied with like 25% of the cast.

@@Ymx224I feel like her punishment for mismanaging meter isn’t that bad honestly. JR gives her so much that her situation once she gets knocked out of it isn’t that bad(Usually at an advantage and in your face). Nago at least loses like half his health on top of being a glass canon in blood rage(He doesn’t gain crazy meter either). Aba just gets knocked back into normal mode, usually in your face, and usually with enough meter to threaten JR again and snowball you even more. She isn’t that bad in concept though, just make normal mode keygrab negative so you actually have to hit confirm it, and maybe nerf meter gain(JR, normal mode, or both idk) to make her less snowbally.
