ആദ്യം ഒക്കെ ഈ സിനിമയിൽ ജഗദീഷ്ന്റെ ഡോക്ടർ കഥപാത്രവും നഴ്സ്മായ നടിയുമായുള്ള രംഗങ്ങൾ കണ്ടു ചിരിച്ചിരുന്നു. പിന്നീട് ബോധം വെച്ചപ്പോൾ ആണ് ആ രംഗങ്ങളുടെ വഷളത്തരവും നഴ്സിംഗ് എന്ന പ്രൊഫഷണെ കുറച്ചു കാലം മുൻപ് വരെ എത്ര വില കുറച്ചു ആണ് പൊതു മലയാളി സമൂഹം കണ്ടു കൊണ്ടിരുന്നത് എന്ന് മനസ്സിലാകുന്നത്. സിനിമകളും, നോവലുകളും, കൊച്ചു പുസ്തകങ്ങളും നേഴ്സ്മാരെ കുട്ടീ ചേർത്ത് എരിവും പുളിയും മസാലയും ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി ചൂടെറിയ കഥകൾ ആ കാലത്ത് വിളമ്പിയിരുന്നു. ഇന്ന് കഥമാറി. നഴ്സിംഗ് മാന്യമായ ഒരു ജോലി ആയി കേരള സമൂഹം അംഗീകരിച്ചു തുടങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്നു.പണ്ട് ഒരു നേഴ്സ്നെ എഞ്ചിനീയർ വിവാഹം കഴിക്കുക എന്നത് അചിന്തനീയം ആയിരുന്നു. അന്ന് മലയാളികൾ കണ്ട ആകെ സ്റ്റാറ്റസ് ഉള്ള ജോലികൾ മെഡിസിനും, എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് മായിരുന്നു. ഇന്ന് കഥ മാറി വിദേശത്തു ജോലിയുള്ള നേഴ്സ്നെ കല്യാണം കഴിച്ചു കുടുംബം രക്ഷപെടുത്താൻ ജോലിയില്ലാത്ത എഞ്ചിനീയർമാർ ക്യു നില്കുന്നു....,Thanks to globalization and internet technologies which made the pathway of kerala nurses to all over the world.
