A 3 BEDROOM HOUSE NEAR AIRPORT IN ACCRA GHANA | LIVING IN GHANA

LETS TOUR THIS HOUSE IN ACCRA GHANA FOR SALE | LIVING IN GHANA
How much is housing in Accra? With the recent hike in prices within the real estate market in Ghana, it’s no wonder buying in home in Ghana can seem almost impossible. In this video, I share with you a 3 bedroom home within the Spintex area in Accra, Ghana. Spintex Road is a suburb of Accra, the capital of Ghana. The name originally denotes the road which is parallel to the Tema Motorway. It has become generic and is used when describing the area along the route. This area is only about 25minutes drive to the airport, very close a number of shopping malls and its also a hub for home decor and all things home building related.

My name is Jasmine and I have relocated from Sydney Australia to Ghana in west Africa as of the year 2020.
My parents are of Ghanaian descent although I was born in Australia. Here on my channel, my goal is to give you a real glimpse into what it’s like to live in Ghana and other parts of Africa, from the food, to the culture, to the lifestyle and everything in between. My goal is to satisfy your curiosity about Ghana and other African countries.
My prayer is that these videos do just that for several African’s in the diaspora.
Follow your bliss because life is short, follow your bliss because human life has no intrinsic value, follow your bliss because everything happens for the greater good and follow your bliss because it has all happened before.

The houses are too close to each other and doesn't allow proper air circulation. Would have been better if they built a storey building to maximise space. I don't like the tiles either.

Ghanaians don’t care about trees. They think it’s a bush and for poor people. Ghanaians believe in AC, big car, bluff and money. They think wealth is just being in an air conditioned house 24 hours of the day. That’s Ghana.

This is fantastic!! I see comments asking about trees and greenery. I think these can be purchased at a local nursery to add on to the house once purchased. I love the price, very good and reasonable ❤Great video once again.

Great. You looking good love your dress.
$120k for a 3 bedroom house!? Nice. The average price for a 3 bedroom house in the UK is about $300K. A shame that the Ghana property lacks a green garden.

Google shows the average salary in the UK is around £35k p.a and in Ghana around GHC 48k /£2,5k. Don’t think this is a fair comparison and also ,,nice’’ for the ordinary Ghanaian

I'm confused about the currency in Ghana being USD as opposed to cedi.Does Ghana deal in both? What about people from UK who deal in Euro?
Its beautiful
Accra is depressing, no trees, hot, basic overpriced real estate, everyone copies each other with no imagination. Just sad. I blame it on lack of exposure and greed.

Architecture in Ghana is mediocre, The windows do not optimize natural light and ventilation. The grills on the tiny windows just give the impression that the place has serious crime problem

It's not really like that almost every house in Ghana, has grills on the windows, even my house which was built 20 years ago is that way, it's just a Ghana thing, but also it's best to be safe than sorry.

In Ghana the weather is hot, so the windows are always open for fresh air to come in even when at home or work, just imagine you open your window for fresh air to come in and there is no grills, you can’t even take a nap

No matter how hard we tell these developers we want garden in their houses, they won’t listen. They think greenery is have some potted plants. Ghanaians lack imagination and d Jasmine is just there to collect her commission. Whatever.
