@@emmapemex1434 there's alot of stuff about mindset on there that definitely helped me! just searching 'affirm and persist' on there, and i use mindset subs 1 week straight every month, or if i feel like i'm lacking in mindset i listen overnight, and yeah i basically did just convince myself haha, i affirmed alot even if the 3D wasn't proving my affirmation i still believed them! accepting the 4D as my only true reality definitely helped alot!

Stop looking for results and stop overthinking how they'll come. Just let the universe deal with that. My face is actually starting to look different and I'm having less of those days where i feel ugly. I don't know if it's all psychological or if my face is changing but something good is definitely happening

Let's update .... DAY 1 AFTER LISTENING - I casually took a selfie and noticed that my lashes were looking so long and curled as well , my skin was glowy and the cheeks were kinda peachy DAY 2 AFTER LISTENING - NOTHING MUCH SAME AS DAY 1 DAY 3 AFTER LISTENING - I had 2 major and 4 5 minor pimples as my skin was detoxing and it was releasing all of my toxins Also I've always manifested for a job with a higher salary than my current one..and I lost my job today that i was too hesitating to leave and start something on my own . I have a desired face and body to achieve. I used this sub for the first time yesterday. Update: I have listened twice in one day on some occasions because I missed the day prior, but I have noticed some changes in my eyes.
