Scenes like this is when I really miss Derek and Meredith together. They were always so worried and focused on the possibility of Meredith getting Alzheimer’s and how hard it would be on Derek and how they would deal with it. This shows that even through time’s like this they still mad light of it and loved each other so much. It’s so sad that Derek won’t be here for Meredith if she gets Alzheimer’s. 💔😢

The most heartbreaking part if she gets alzheimers is when she will remember derek and doesn't know that he had alredy died and it will be hard for her partner too whoever it is and her children

I think the last episode of the show should be the elevator scene with Derek waiting for mer like gorge was for Izzy with Derek and mer walk out of the hospital together and reunited

I love these scenes so much! It's like amidst their alzheimers anxieties they still make jokes with each other and you can just see their love and how much they were made for each other :')

He said "your a project even with all you marbles" haha meaning he has to work to keep her in check or under control. I think he was half teasing her :)

She changed it to Richard I think season 17 when she got Covid.

I stick to my theory where this is her journal and Cristina is reading it to her or she is reading it to let her remember her fantastic life and career. I know it’s all notebook like but I strongly feel this is her either reading it or Cristina reading it. Or even her kids. While everyone she loves is with her to support her. Possibly even on her deathbed.
