Listen to the 528 Love frequencies. They helped me a lot as well. And so does giving to Charity. The 'Universal Mind Meditation' by Kelly Howell is phenomenal. And Muslim Duas are Heavenly. All of this I noticed is really helping to heal my heart ache, and mental state.😌
