The cakes look beautiful, and the decorations can be done in whatever color you like! Thanks for showing us these techniques, and you make it look effortless, but that part comes with experience!! Very nicely done! I LOVE all of the pastels!! Very Springy!! I find it very interesting that you use a playing card to do the top and sides of the cake, instead of a bench scraper, or knife to do the final work of evening out your frosting!! I'm going to try that!!!

The white cake with the elaborate piping and pomegranate is absolutely beautiful....im going to try that one for certain...its so pretty with the tiny flowers over the fruit...❤😊❤😊

I am pretty crafty but cake decorating amazes me. They work so quickly and yet everything is placed correctly. It also takes a light touch and I often fuss too much

I don't mind what colour you use. It's good to see the difference highlighted because of the colour palette you use. The icing technique is easier to see.

Nice show of technical skills. But my OCD is going CRAZY with the number of dots not being exact and stuff not lining up 😅 Beautiful flowers!! I haven't been able to master those yet but not for lack of trying.
