Thanks for your reply, I will try to answer honestly. 1) lighter wheels as sharpeners: The fact that these are so small means that you are rubbing the edge of the knife blade against the base, defeating the object. 2) The "adjustable wrench with nails yes that's always been a good idea - available ready made . 3) An ordinary floor mop used as a plunger works within seconds and only requires the mop to be cleaned in bleach/water afterwards. (I used to look after people in a residential home, loos were blocked almost daily!). The article shown is great if you have the workshop, tools and time! 4) White vinegar and baking soda! I would not be without either! From curing a "smelly" fridge to removing rust! (Don't use malt unless you want your place to smell like a chip shop). I've actually doubled the time to cover these items. I appreciate that using experience to suggest things, make them 'to camera', edit and produce a video fit for upload and even making the effort to answer cranks like me is hard work and time consuming and actually appreciated. Then to ruin it all with the music is tragic! I would have preferred the sound of the workshop, a few words of explanation where needed -- infinitely preferable to the "music" because it makes all your effort worthwhile and personal and enjoyable, the mute button is no help! Best wishes.

Your feedback is thoughtful and constructive! It's great that you've shared your insights on these DIY tips, and I appreciate your honesty about the video production aspects as well. It sounds like you have a wealth of practical experience, and your preference for the sounds of the workshop and a more personal touch makes a lot of sense. If you ever come across videos or content that align more with your preferences, that's a win-win. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts!

Toilets can be expensive. Try going yo an apartment complex or motel, etc and find the Building Manager. Tell him it's for someone disabled, and ask if he can give you one; sometimes they have a couple new but discontinued styles gathering dust. Or ask if hell give you one for 30 to $60 CASH if he says no. Once I had to connect an air horn to a compressor, but nobody carried the thread size. I heated a PVC pipe and the horn fitting, and forced the horn fitting into the PVC. When it cooled, I had a solid threaded connection.

Now I would remind you, brothers, of the gospel I preached to you, which you received, in which you stand, and by which you are being saved, if you hold fast to the word I preached to you--unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures, ~1. Corinthians 15:1-4 God bless you!

Another nonsense video from this person. For example, a closet auger would have cleared that toilet plug for far less cost than the parts you used. Nor would it have been necessary to cut a hole in the porcelain. That solid plug was faked. There is no way a toilet trap can plug up that solidly.

I understand that you may have reservations or concerns about the methods shown in the video. It's important to note that DIY methods can vary, and individual preferences and experiences play a role in choosing the most suitable approach. If you have specific concerns or questions, it might be helpful to consult with a professional plumber or technician for advice tailored to your situation.

Do it yourself methods may vary somewhat, but still must be safe and reliable. Most countries have plumbing codes to ensure that is true - maybe your country does not have or enforce the codes. You do not know my status as a plumber. I could easily be a master plumber with 40 years of experience. But I can guarantee one thing - NONE of your methods are safe, reliable and durable. Nor do your "methods" explain why you faked that impossible toilet trap plug. @@tipsunknow

"I appreciate your perspective and understand the importance of safety and reliability in plumbing. Different countries indeed have their own plumbing codes to ensure the quality of work. If you have specific concerns or suggestions, I'm open to hearing them. It's crucial to prioritize safety in any DIY project. As for the toilet trap plug, I apologize if there was any confusion, and I'll strive to provide clearer explanations in the future. Your feedback is valuable, and I'm here to learn and improve. Thank you!"
