One of your longer one. Almost three hours of "food porn." Out of curiosity, how long did it take you to upload this video? I'm getting some Char Siu [xa xiu] and Roast Pork [heo quay]. Going to be a good weekend! I know upload speed can be provider dependent, but I want to have an idea of maybe VN versus USA. Around 42 minutes, the blowtorch snack reminds me of the French Crème Brûlée. Maybe that's what the vendor was making. Every time I see Gourmet Instant Noodles, I chuckled a little. Around 2:03 :00, Banh Xeo Da, never heard of those, and need to try some.
