The wiring and sensors change in 03 you would need a whole dash swap you can mount your own digital gauges for the oil pressure and voltage

On 03 tob06 the Battery voltage go through class2 data pin and oil sensor have to be replaced for an 03 to 06 oil pressure sensor and pinout into the ecm
