For those learning. Don’t fire missiles on aircraft flying down if they just spawned it’ll only be a waste. Use terrain to hide/cover from missiles, so you can hide behind in case of AGM coming for u. If THEY FLY straight down they aren’t brain dead so be prepared for the CAS coming for u from the side or behind. So find a big rock or something to cover 1 side of u

For the small drones the Pantsir can’t lock in radar but does in IR. U can lock in IR then switch to Radar for a small duration and get the lead shot indicator. Spawn isn’t the best place to hide since most sane players will figure SPAA is there

@@ebigaelpedropoernomo5834 not sure what you asking, but when in IRST mode no aircraft show up on the radar u gotta find them manually, but IRST doesn’t alert CAS of radar lock, not sure how easily flare able is the pantsir but it’s radar lock is hard to break

It can counter and proxy 99% of missiles and guided bombs, knocking off your aircraft from 20km. Negative: Low mobility Tall like a 5 story house Can’t fire fire and forget AA missile

Certainly the strongest SAM in the game, but I feel too many treat it as an in-escapable eye that you die to when you're within range. The missiles can stretch to 20km, but are able to hit fast, violently maneuvering targets out to only about 10km. Good F-16C pilots or hell anything fast with allot of Mavs is a pain in the ass to deal with no matter how good a SAM player you are.

Problem is, you use 3/4 of the mavs just for 1 asshole. Not to mention the Pantsir is now paired up with the KH38. AND RU is always paired up with Germany, Sweeden and China. That leaves the usless ass ADATS.

it is short range. ADAST , FLAKRAD , Panstir , TOR these are Short Range SAMs. SAMs such as Patriot and S300/400 are medium/long-range SAMs

@@orbixss The 2S6 that directly precedes it only has a 10km max range and its really closer to like 6km for a maneuvering target. The jump in capabilities from the 2S6 to the Pantsir is phenomenal and I can only imagine how broken the more advanced version of the Pantsir would be. Later version of the Pantsir have far greater detection and engagement ranges and the prototype(?) Pantsir-SM-TBM has 24 missiles.

So you can bring a strike aircraft and a fighter aircraft without the spawn points increased.

I've never seen a more boring gameplay, but when the pantsir shoots down 2 missiles over your city, you start treating this technique differently
